Called this store on 4 different occasions asking for refund. Placed order online- order arrived 2 hrs 10 minutes after it was supposed to take 44 to 52 minutes. Delivery was cold and terrible customer service.

4-1-2024 worst experience of my life . Ordered pizza and bread sticks for me and my kids get home mind you I live 15 minutes away and find out it’s the whole wrong pizza. Call and tell them also tell them that I live 15 minutes away and would like a fresh pizza made. They took the old pizza through garlic butter on the cold old pizza crust and when we said something they were super rude we said now our breads cold they said you could’ve ate it in the car. Then he told us have a good day goodbye over and over so my husband couldn’t talk, he said this like 15 times aggressively. this being said we will never be back there again.

Pleasant lady answered the phone and took my order with no sense of “hurry up” as is sometimes the norm.

If I could do negative stars I would. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any service industry. Gave us the wrong pizza, we live 20 minutes away. We called and asked for a fresh pizza for when we returned. Got there and it was the same pizza they didn’t give us before the 40 minutes worth of driving, just tried to put fresh butter stuff on the crust which only made it obvious it was the old one because the butter didn’t melt. When I tried to ask for a new pizza the worker Brecken was aggressive and rude like he was trying to start a confrontation. When I say rude, I mean you more than likely have never experienced someone in the service industry this bad, I had never experienced anything close. Came back the next day(the third 20 minute trip) and talked to the manager and brought back the pizza. He said he was in the back which wasn’t true and only refunded our food which was untouched. Called their main office and left a message and it’s been over a week and they haven’t contacted me. Show how much they care. We worked all day and evening that day and had to go hungry and waste gas and the last couple hours of the night just to get highly upset.

I can honestly say I had the best experience there last night. I ordered the brookie they have, a spinach feta stuffed bread, and a sausage and mushroom pizza. I walked in the door, no sooner had I opened it I heard a “I’ll be right with you.” The worked finished up the order he was making and came right to the counter. Asked me if I was there for a pick up or if I was placing an order. I gave him my name. He was so courteous. Asked if I needed plates napkins etc. told me about the app where I could earn free food. If I could give more stars I would!
If you’re in the mood for pizza or wings or a sandwich I highly recommend coming here!

Ordered pizza with a 20 minute delivery time and it took an hour. The food got here and there was no cover on the marinara dip so it was cold and they charged me for several cups of ranch and brought me 1. This is not the first time it has happened either.

My husband went to pickup 2 medium pizzas yesterday in Eldridge. He waited almost 15 minutes in the store while the only worker that was there sat in a pickup truck with her some guy until she finally realized someone was inside waiting. The truck was parked facing away from the store. How in the world is she supposed to be able to see customers coming in? Clearly didn’t care AT ALL and didn’t even offer an apology. The pizza was also terrible. Will never go back. No idea how this store is open. With workers like that, you don’t need enemies. Absolutely rude and ridiculous. Will be discouraging everyone I know from going here. Customer service was vile. Good luck with an employee like that running your store.

Ordered a medium pizza for delivery and waited over an hour for it to show up. I then decided to call and cancel my order and went to leave to go get food elsewhere when I walked outside my pizza was just sitting out there, cold. No call, no text, no knock on the door. Just dropped it off and left. The pizza was made with little toppings and like I said very cold since it sat outside for who knows how long. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues and honestly will not be ordering from there anymore.
