Wife discovered this place on line so figured give it a try. From mid-cities after several map apps we found the place was about 15-20 mins away. Its a little bitty place in a strip center right on Business 287 so be careful or you will miss it. Might be little but has BIG flavors in the food. Red beans & rice is a MUST just a cup will do ya but will leave you wanting more. The first thing that impressed me was the aboundounce of sausage its like some of the old campbell commerecials big hunk of meat in every bite. Second was the great flavors with a bite of spice on the backside. We also had an order of OkieToes (jalapeno stuffed peppers) which my 7yr old really enjoyed as did I especially since the pepper was not something where you needed a glass of milk to follow. Since we started with 2 appetizers we decided we would also try a couple of entrees but share them. Wife & daughter shared the fried shrimp basket (not gonna lie) $15 for 5 fried shrimp & fries in my book is a little expensive but the shrimp are big as your thumb and have a great flavor not old or frozen plus with fries which my daughter described as amazing. Crisp outside with good crunch & seasoning but soft tender on inside she loved them without the ketchup. For 7yr old that is huge statement. I had the grilled shrimp tacos $10 for 2. I like the fact you can dress with toppings that come on side coleslaw, fresh salsa (chopped onion, tomato, & cilantro) & feta cheese. Like i said earlier I think prices are a little high but quality of food is AMAZING! They do have usual items like shrimp & oyster po’boys that will have to be on next Saturday excursion. Make the trip it food is good and staff are SUPER friendly. They are only open M-Fri 4-9 & Sat 11-9 plus its BYOB so a couple of good cold beers and one of their crawfish/shrimp/crab boils and life is good.

Came here tonight for the first time after we drove 30 minutes just to try. Heard many great things! Very nice and welcoming staff. Got crawfish with the extras. Most places charge one set amount for all. Had to pay for all separately. Crazy expensive. Crawfish had no seasoning , as it and the corn were over cooked. Potatoes were under cooked. Boo. I may give one more try in the future. Everyone else with our party loved their food. …

Prices do not justify what you receive on the fried items. Especially the 3-1-3 menu item. $17.95 “ouch”! . The breading and spices were pretty good on what I got, there was no pepprochini served with my beans and rice. A cajun no-no, no cornbread either. Well their new so I hope it gets better, plan to try a few other items.

Wanted the crab bisque, they were out but, the chef, had some made when my husband arrived for our take out. I call her a chef because I know what she has to go through. Our son is an international chef, no culinary school, began when he was 16. Your food is excellent, we will be regulars.

Very good food. Good sized portions. Small space. Some items are a little pricey, others are very reasonable. This is to be expected for sea food far from the coast. Keep making very good food!

Not only can you come in for boiled goodies and other awesome food, but you can order live crawfish through them as well.
They went above and beyond to get us a big sack for our boil! Thanks for everything y’all!
