This is the WORST Panda Express ever. The food was overcooked. The lady Emma is rude. The supervisor is too busy “flirting” with other male employees, the cook and waiter aren’t sure what they need to do. Overall, this place is mess and upper management needs to step in for a full makeover!!

On d way to South Lake Tahoe we stopped by this Panda Express to have our Togo. Food was fresh , there was chipotle too nearby. Our frnds picked from Chipotle and we picked from Panda Express. Always love their cheese bites and the spring role. Fresh food and well maintained place. Have enough parking .

I don’t like to hand out 1 star reviews. What do you think? I ordered online a family meal. I received a text saying it was ready and come and get it while it’s hot. Well I was in the restaurant within 2 minutes of the text. After 5 minutes of waiting where it says Online pickup I was asked what I needed. My order said it was ready I told him. He went to another person and they took another 3 minutes to tell me they are waiting on kung pow chicken. So patiently waited another 15 minutes. I said why is that I get a text saying everything is ready and hot to pick it up now and it’s not ready. She said they got a rush. I don’t understand if it’s ready then a rush has nothing to do with me having to wait for Kung pow chicken. Why would I get a message saying it’s ready if it’s not ready. On top of it this is the third time this has happened to me so three strikes you’re out.

Got all the way home and only had rice in the plate. No meat that we ordered. Completely unprofessional.. lesson learned. Cant trust them to do their job! Sad!

Slight lack of entrees, but still a good selection.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I must say this place is just average. Specifically because the rice and noodles were completely flavorless. Granted all the chicken and beef come pre-seasoned and all they have to do is warm it up. I have been at other PE that had very delicious rice and noodles, but this place is not one of them. It was also very packed with a line at the door when we came at 5pm. It seems like everybody from the mountain comes down and gets fast food. Something to keep in mind for your adventure.

Went tonight at 740pm. Purchased 4 plates and one had orange chicken. Got home orange chicken was vinegary and hotter than my bejing beef. Called and was told that it’s supposed to be this way and that they follow the recipe. I called another store in the area and they stated that it is supposed to be sweet and orange and never that hot. Not happy..
