This Dunkin’ has disappointed me more than once, and I regret going back after two bad experiences. Every time I go, they give me the wrong order. Even when I ask clearly and confirm they have what I want, they still give me something else. I really wish they had better management in place to follow up with their employees and ensure customers get the service they deserve.

As other reviews have stated, this place has a serious issue with the accuracy of orders. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel at the drive-thru, and was very clear on this – repeated it several times when they entered the order info in wrong on the screen. When I got to pick it up, they again had my order wrong – and I double checked that it was cinnamon raisin, what I had ordered. The woman checked and confirmed that it was. When I drove away, it was a plain bagel. She blatantly lied just to get rid of me. Awful service and awful location. Will not come back here.

This Dunkin is consistently disappointing. Every time I go, I hope things have improved, but they never do. The drinks are always poorly made, and somehow even the food—just something heated in an oven—still turns out bad. I’d love to have a reliable Dunkin’ nearby, but this location just doesn’t deliver.

Worst Dunkin in the area. I always order the same drink and in this location, it NEVER looks or tastes the same. They hire kids who didn’t drink coffee in their life. But the worst thing is, that when I always ask for decaf, on the multiple occasions I was given a regular coffee which lead me to have heart palpitations and discarding my coffee to the drain. The staff needs a proper training.

This is the worst place ever. We ordered 48 donuts and 25 munckins and they told us they don’t have the order then we show them the the receipt they said they couldn’t find it after 30 minutes they found it one of the guy try to blame us rather than apologize. This guy name Carlos he was so rude he left us while we are talking to him.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The customer service here was absolutely terrible. I ordered a caramel macchiato, which I’ve been ordering from Dunkin’ for the past eight years. I know exactly how it’s supposed to look — just like the image Dunkin’ uses to advertise it. However, at this location, the drink I received looked like a latte.
When I kindly asked the employee to remake it, explaining that it was too pale to be a macchiato, she was dismissive and claimed, “That’s just a picture; this is what you ordered.” She refused to remake it, stating flat-out that she wouldn’t. Regardless of whether the customer is right or wrong, good customer service would mean at least considering my request. Instead, this employee was rude, disrespectful, and argumentative. She even made me pull up the picture of the drink and still insisted that her version was correct, though it clearly wasn’t.
When I asked for a refund, she brushed me off, saying, “I didn’t charge you; you can go.” I didn’t get her name, but she was a older women skin arab or indian or Hispanic woman with black hair with accent assisted by another woman with blond hair and young. I overheard them discussing that two espresso shots had been added, which only added to my confusion as to why the drink still looked like a latte and not a proper macchiato.
It was an incredibly frustrating experience, especially since I had been fasting all morning for a doctor’s appointment and was genuinely looking forward to my coffee. Instead, I had to drive another five miles to a different Dunkin’ location to finally get the service I expected. Very disappointing.

Never going to this location ever again. A couple weeks ago, I placed a mobile order and they put too much ice and not enough coffee. Today, I went to the drive thru to order a sweet ice. By the time I got to the drive- thru window, they didn’t even know that I ordered through the drive-thru even though I did. I waited 10 minutes at the drive thru window only for them to give me a drink that I had not asked for when I asked for a sweet tea. They gave me unsweetened tea. Two back to back bad experiences at this location and even a couple bad ones in the past is enough for me to never go to this location ever again.
