Go-To Takeout in Manchester/Goffstown
One of my favorite spots in the Manchester area for consistently great comfort food. Great spot for party type foods like wings, tenders, burgers, pizza. The tenders are better than the backrooms, and the homemade orange sauce is killer. Portions are great for the price and the quality is always top-notch. Dinners come with side salad and dinner roll old school style. I don’t think I have ever received an incomplete order.
The inside is a little dated but it has that homey family-owned feel. This place is a regular for a lot of older folks (a lot of French Canadiens too). Always great service and friendly faces. Give it a try

This restaurant serves large portions. The appetizer was the size of a meal. Had the chicken Kiev and stuffed haddock. Both were delicious. Our server Katie was on top of making sure we had everything we needed. Great place to go for a wonderful time.

Customer service at checkout-10! You don’t need to tell me I’m late! My food was ready at noon, you may have to heat it up! And you certainly do not have to point with your finger showing me 12:00pm on my receipt!! Why do you care I’m late? My bag was the only one sitting there not taking up much space now was it? I prepaid with a tip, use my tip for the table space I took up! Also I did not get a Large side of coleslaw, it was only for 1 person in my party. This use to be my favorite place in Manchester when I would visit my grandparents. Now I’m rethinking since I cannot and will not tolerate that Karen!!

Wow – this place is a gem. It has a Puritan Back Room vibe with superior food, healthy pours and servings, simple decor, and tenured staff.
Fried seafood is excellent, fried in clean oil. Their pizzas and calzones are made with homemade dough and it makes an incredible difference and they top/fill with plenty of cheese and topping.
They don’t skimp here!

Great Service, not the best food. Menu has LOTS of choices, and maybe that’s the problem… Clam chowder was very thin, basically warm milk consistency. Seafood stuffed mushrooms had more garlic than stuffing and buried in thick mozzarella cheese. Large portions but usually greasy or COVERED in melted cheese. Chicken Cordon Blue came out looking like chicken parm or lasagna. Totally covered in thick mozzarella and soaked in grease. Couldn’t even eat it. French fries were cold and greasy. Our server was great and none of this was her fault. We have it a shot based on reviews but won’t be back.

This place is SO good. Very casual and quiet place. We had the Fisherman’s platter and the seafood mushrooms. Jenna is the best server. She always had smile and willing to offer suggestions. Will definitely be back next time we’re in town.
