Every time I visit this store, I am greeted in a very rude and unwelcoming manner. The staff, especially a large, bearded man who appears to be the manager, consistently treats customers with an unfriendly attitude, speaks harshly, and shows no interest in providing proper service.
His behavior alone is enough to make people not want to return to this location. I have also heard similar complaints from others around me. Whether as a customer or as a delivery driver, many people seem to have had negative experiences with this individual.
There have been multiple occasions where orders were handled carelessly, items were missing from packages, and no effort was made to communicate or assist. This creates a very uncomfortable environment for customers.
I believe if someone is unhappy in their position or does not want to be there, it directly affects the business and leads to a loss of customers. I hope the owner or upper management becomes aware of this issue and takes the necessary steps to improve the customer experience at this store.

Worker looked at me twice after i walked in when I was inside picking up an order and said nothing. I asked twice do you have the order for XYZ, she looked at me both times with a blank stare. Didn’t responded and said she didn’t hear me. Ok well why are you looking at me, watching my lips moving and not responding? The dude there finally helped me out real quick. Horrible service. I get it. You are short staffed and that is a management and corporate problem but greet or talk to customers. That’s what humans do

My husband just returned from your restaurant with an order he placed online for a made to order pizza. When we opened the box we had a cold, not fully cooked, disgusting mess. We had ordered the slices and sticks pizza. The entire thing was doughy and crust was still very white. Cheese was not fully melted. The breadsticks were paper thin (with holes throughout) and the pizza side was extremely thick and doughy. We have had issues with this store in the past with less than optimal pizza, however, I have never seen anything like this. Whomever is working there needs retrained or fired! This is horrible customer service. Please do something about this location.

Horrible as usual. Make an order and arrive 45 minutes later and the order still isn’t even in the oven. No apologies they just stare at you like your the problem. They always have am attitude especially the round built older woman. These people should not be working in customer service. It’s not hard to remove frozen dough, splash on some sauce, toss some cheese and walk 5 steps to your oven. Instead they’d rather stand around smoking cigarettes and livking their fingers. Seriously have never had my food “hot and ready” any time I have come here and that’s like 12 times.

The pretzel crust and a simple normal pizza. Half pepperoni, half plain cheese on both.
I don’t eat meat.
The pretzel pizza came fully covered in pepperoni.
The normal pizza was made so that 80% of the pizza was pepperoni and I had 4 tiny slices that equaled 2 normal slices.
Thanks for ruining my dinner.

Place is just trash anymore. Quality is 1/10. They never give you the sauce with the breadsticks. I had to walk back in and remind them I paid for it. Ordered a stuffed crust pizza and guess what? It’s not stuffed crust. I wish the place was closer so I can go back and leave it with them for a refund. No way to complain but on google.
