We ordered the 6pc deal. The fried chicken was dry and lacked freshness. All four side dishes were inedible, forcing us to discard most of the food, and yet it made us sick. Not a lunch you want to eat on a weekend

I honestly didn’t know what to eat today, so i decided to walk into kfc. the customer service was amazing. The lady at the counter took my order with so much patience and she was very nice. I like how they keep their store clean and come out to sweep. I usually see bad reviews at this kfc but in my experience it was 10/10 food was amazing.

Extremely rude, never has mayonnaise & had 3 people talking to me on the mic, yelling at me and confusing me. Also when i received my bowl, it had hair in it! Wild work. Also, felt rushed to make an order. This place SUCKS!

Was disappointed today when ordering the mac and cheese bowl with chicken although the taste was good. The portion is half the bowl and of a snack size. KFC can afford to fill up the bowl with the Mac and cheese and them few pieces of small chicken bites. Definitely doesn’t look like the commercial. I’m lucky that I also got a 2-pc chicken meal as well because otherwise I would’ve still been hungry.

I’ve ordered from here a few times now. I’d say over half the time something is wrong with my order. I’m lazy so I get it delivered and more often than not I open up my bag and woe and behold it has the wrong food in it. Fortunately it gets refunded but… I’d rather just have my food. I love the Colonel but I think I’m done with this particular KFC
