I work at the IHOP right across the street. I came in the last two nights to grab something for dinner both nights my order was not correct tonight. I was even laughed at at the window. There were two girls working and the lady that handed me my food, was extremely short and rude. Didn’t even let me say thank you. She asked me for a receipt. I declined not thinking I was going to have another issue this evening. I will definitely be asking for my receipt and opening and checking everything from now on a total of $47 wasted being in customer service myself I strive to make sure someone’s experience is beyond satisfactory. If you’re gonna work in the food industry, you should definitely be smiling and ready to serve. I seen a hiring sign on the window. Hopefully they get some improvement hire someone that wants to be there. There’s 1 million people out there that want your job do what you have to do to keep it.

This was one of the most careless and frustrating fast food experiences I have ever had at Taco Bell.

The food preparation was completely unacceptable. I ordered a chicken bowl and there was literally no chicken in it. The chips were missing, even though nacho cheese was included. How does someone send out nacho cheese without chips? That is basic common sense.

The bag had the correct receipt attached, which clearly listed all the items. That means the staff either did not read the receipt or simply did not care. Multiple key items were missing, not just one small mistake.

This location seriously needs better training and accountability. If you are ordering from here, make sure you open the bag and check every single item before you leave. Otherwise, you may end up going hungry.

Horrible service. Jan. 3rd between 2:40-2:55pm. I had ordered for pickup, went inside to pickup. The girl from drive thru immediately assumed I had ordered from another location, when I told her it was for that location, she looked it up which I would assume she had the ability to do in the 1st place. She told me she was grabbing it. I stood there waiting for my order, I’m not complaining about the wait, but she brought over an order and immediately with an attitude told me that wasn’t my order. I wasn’t trying to pick it up, only looking at the name. I decided to sit down at a table to wait for my order. I noticed the same employee grab a bag of food and tossed it onto the counter from the drive thru area. Didn’t say anything. After a few seconds, with so much attitude, told me “Your orders there” worse experience. I would assume they have cameras in your lobby. I would recommend management take a look at the footage. I wasn’t arguing or anything. I just wanted my food.

Absolutely positively the most deplorable insulting service I’ve ever received at a Taco Bell.
The young girl at the drive up window hands me this drink that’s have to 3/4 of the way full 3/4 of the way perhaps when I asked for more ice she told me she put enough ice in it and started arguing with me well I’m paying $3.79 for a drink that’s not even full and I asked for more ice and she argues with me.
Then I told her I’m not paying $3.79 for a drink that’s only three quarters away full so she offered to make me another drink and she gave me a small.
So then I asked for a refund and she tells me she’s not going to give me a refund and that’s just the way it is.
Then I asked for her name and she tells me she doesn’t have to give me her name because she’s under 18 and the whole time she’s talking to this goofy looking guy that standing next to her and come to find out he’s under 18 also and he starts arguing with me.
I’m 60 years old I visit Taco Bell’s all the time all over the place I’ve never been treated with such disrespect disdain and utter contempt for some an elderly disabled person this is unacceptable I need a refund!
And everybody else in Folsom at fast food places McDonald’s Kentucky fried Chicken a&w can all hire decent help I don’t know why you can’t???

Made food wrong twice. They’re super slow too with 4 people working here. Asked for light sauce no onions. They’re super slow soaked my food in sauce took it back asking them to remake without any sauce since it’s an issue. They give me a new one a while later and it’s covered in onions. I’d take them off but they’re melted into the cheese. Screw it im going to McDonald’s

Great location! The food was fresh and perfect! The workers were really nice and attentive. I was greeted when I entered, they gave me my soda cup while I waited for my food (which didn’t take long but it’s the thought that counts), and they were running the whole time taking care of people! Really great experience!

We’ve been to quite a few Taco Bell’s over the years. The one closest to where we live is awful. I was very pleasantly surprised here today with super friendly staff and very prompt service!!

My experience was just the drive thru, but they got my order right and were very courteous. Son always gets things that have to be modified because he’s super picky and they nailed it! Thank you!!

Favorite Taco Bell location in Folsom! I highly recommend to go the Drive-Through as Taco Bell Prioritize the Drive-Through. Staff is always kind and friendly.

Mostly the food was good and warm. But I was disappointed by the potato soft taco that they gave me. Looked nothing like the pics and was missing lettuce, tomato n effort to make the taco. The crunch wrap was good. The chicken burrito was good too. Just opening the taco made me disappointed.

They have an automated drive thru system where you can’t customize your order, when you try to get an actual person to take your order thru the drive thru you cannot hear them. They told me to pull up to the window, the women was being very unfriendly, I asked them if they can provide a menu again at the window and they said that wasn’t an option. Would not recommend this location.
