Bought a pizza for T-moble Tuesday when I went to pick it up. They said the oder was canceled. I got charged the money and never got the food. I understand its only like 2$ but its the fact i was lied to and still charged. I ended up buying fron papa John’s pizza instead they had great service.

I called at 1220 pm today for the free lunch combo offered for veterans like me and the lady who answered the phone is very rude and said they are sold out and not giving any free lunch today. it supposed to be from 12 pm to 2 pm November 11. Its false ad and the lady who answered the phone is very rude and don’t have a customer service skills.

We haven’t tried Little Caesars pizza in a long time and figured we’d give it a try. Their online ordering process was easy as it comes and our order was ready in a timely manner. The pizza was actually pretty good to boot. Give it a try I think you might like it.

The store manager was very rude today threw away our pickup order with out letting us know cause we were 30 minutes late???!!. She smirked and called the owner and whispered “she’s pissed off” and some other stuff and then was trying to charge 20 more dollars additionally to the 10 we paid online! The owner told her how to just give it us for 10 and then she never said thank you never said sorry or have a good day the refund is not on the bank. Needs customer service training for sure. I guess you get what you pay for.

The only things I want from Little Caesers are to get pizzas fast and not burnt. So I was bummed that on 6/29, it took almost an hour for me to get my pizza, then discovered the sausage and the crust were burnt (see pic). Please don’t do this to other customers.

My husband went into the Oceanside blvd location at 8:18pm, 45 mins before they’re supposed to close. I am picky and I like my pizza to have light sauce and baked well done and they told him they did wanna make it. This is very unfortunate because we always come to this location and never had problems this is UNACCEPTABLE little ceasars
