Utter garbage. I was simply irritated and wanted a refund for the items that were paid for and not delivered (sadly, I can’t ask for a refund for the most annoying lack–specifically asked for straws for our drinks) and replied to the order email asking for that partial refund.
When I received a reply saying they couldn’t receive emails at that address, but click this link to contact them, do so and am told that it doesn’t work, go back to their home page, click contact, then still get told it doesn’t work, I may never go to an Jack In the Box again.
This is utter crap. I’m not someone who can’t overlook mistakes, but when they’re made by multiple people, with extra processes to ensure accuracy (including checklist to seal the bag when everything’s in there) and they charge an $8 delivery fee, and ask for a tip, and then leave off an upgrade on one item, leave out an item entirely, and then forget straws not once, but twice (it should have been thought of when they poured the drinks, and it certainly should have been when it’s also on the requested utensils section), that is just unacceptable. To then compound it with one of the largest fast food chains being unacceptable to receive basic comments is just grotesquely incompetent.
It will be a long time before I go back, if ever.

Worst fast food ever! That’s saying a lot. My Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and Onion Rings were made way before I even decided to go to Jack in the box. They were both very cold. The onion rings were like eating something petrified – hard, cold, nasty. AND those, plus a small drink, came to $9.69!!! What?! That’s more than some meal combos. If there was a combo for that, the cashier should have put it in that way (Mickey D’s does) The onion rings alone was half the cost of the “meal”. There was very little of the proffered nastiness to justify an order. I don’t usually go to Jack in the box. There is a good reason for that.
The hip, clever persona of Jack (radio/TV) always has something good to say about the – ahem – “food” he offers. There is NOTHING good to say about the bag of detritus received that day.

Its a shame I really loved this place my family and i have been going here for years. After a long day my family and i decided to order “Jack’s berger meal deal”, a few drinks, potato cheddar wedges, and loaded mini tacos. because they have always been dependable, reliable and served with a smile and get the food delivered. The app said it was unavailable for online orders so I called the store the lady told me that they were haveing internet problems. So my uncle went to go order at the store they told him to park in the front a nice young man with dark hair brought the food out when my uncle asked him about the “Jack’s munchie meal” box he said that they ran out of bags. We got back to the house and found out our order was wrong we called the store and the drive through lady answered the phone she told us she was the manager. we told her that a our whole “Jack’s berger meal deal” was missing she proceeded to tell me that was wrong and she had no meat and she had to grill it herself and we were wrong. I told her that we could come to the store and she just questioned our validity and then was silent for 2 minutes after we said we would just come down there. We got to the store the young man who brought the food out to my uncle greeted us he apologized to us and said he would get the manager to help make things right. The manger came over and took the receipt and said whats missing I told her we called just a bit ago the other manager that we were talked to on the phone came over and said “omg I told them on the phone we had no meat” to which the other manager replied “what ever give them whatever the want I guess!” They started talking among them selves rolling their eyes and looking at us. When out food was done the 2 bag were thrown at us and she said “HERE!” No apologies were gives except for by the employee who greeted us when we returned home we discovered that our burger Patty’s were burnt and realized that they kept the receipt with the credit card info. Even my mom said in her 40 years of managing restaurants she has never seen such bad food service and rudeness and incompetence.

Drive thru was really slow. Took 15min with us being the 3rd car. Neither car ahead seemed to have a big order. I’m guessing they were under staffed?

Bad service, they don’t give you the fries you order, and they keep making mistakes, making you wait more than 20 minutes.

Best jack in the box I’ve ever been too and I’ve traveled alot. Food is consitant everytime. The employees are super friendly and HONEST. I once left my wallet in the bathroom. Came back and hour later and it had been found, the manager put it up and it still had my money in it.

Food is good just. The tacos need more time into the kook proses to be better taste. Also the head sets they use to take orders need to be replase by some others better to hear what the client orders.
