I was looking for a place to eat and decided to eat here at Burger King. I wanted to see why it only had one and a half stars. I personally love Burger King over most other fast food places… So I knew I wanted to give it a try Anyhoo. I would like to say that I was not disappointed. It was around 2:30 and I was able to get fresh hot fries. My hamburger was hot as well and looked freshly made.
I did go through the drive-through and the young man who was working there at the time was very friendly and even tried to make small talk while I was waiting for my fries. It’s nice to have a young one even smile and respond to you. I feel he went even further and the owner should be very proud of him. I will definitely be back to this location.

I have picture and video of how my sandwich looks…..I just went thru the drive thru in montevideo mn and my breakfast sandwich looks absolutely disgusting. Both of them. the kid is drive thru was rude and just wanted us to pull forward just to keep their drive time down and then all of our food was absolutely horrible. I have been a manager and I honestly don’t know how they can let food leave the building like this. I’m sorry to say but this is nothing but a disappointment and disgrace

Went to the drive thru and it was busy which was fine. Get to the ordering spot and they had a sign that they were out of the large burger patties, still ok since we wanted chicken. They worker comes on and says “one moment please”. We sat there for awhile and then decided to just leave and go to McDonald’s instead.

Very slow and bad service!!! Waited in the drive threw for 30 minutes for 2 burgers 2 fries and 2 drinks! After we finally got our food we noticed we dint have a fry so my sister went in to get it and they refused to give it to her, so I had to go in and get it. They also dint give any napkins or the sauces we asked for. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I will definitely will NOT be going back.

These night workers were awesome! We placed a or..er online later in the night chicken sandwich,fries, chocolate ice cream pies. At a time when a person is hungry but hesitant because we are looking at 20 minute to close. From past experience it’s a gamble ordering food just short of closing. I was pleasantly surprised, the food was freshly cooked and tasty!

I would give this negative stars if I could. We were waiting almost 25 minutes in line then come to find out order was giving to the wrong people. Then come to wait another 20 for only four burgers and a large fry. No sorry was giving at all when we got our food. As we were driving away realized we didn’t get our large fry. So we had to go back and get it and that was about another 5 minutes. As we were there many other people came back around and had troubles with their orders also.
This place could be much better if they had a sense of urgency and re-training their employees about Custer service and how to treat people. Wouldn’t be as mad as I am if I would have gotten a apology or something.

i have been to this store plenty of times. I am writing this review tonight because i pulled up to the drive thru and then the screen went black. Told me they closed at 10 but i have seen them open later and closed earlier. this place is probably the worst burger king i have ever been to. the order is always given wrong. i watched them drop my ice cream cone on the dirty counter and then serve it to me. i do not like burger king now because of this store.

Okay, I went on BK’s website that evening and left a very negative review on the uncleanliness of this location. I did get a very nice personal call back from the manager there. They have put in a request for a remodel to Burger King. Understand the food was good. She apologized for the leaking roof. I am however going to leave the one star rating until they can prove to me that a remodel will be performed on this poor run down old building. It needs it…but there better be some emphasis put into to keeping it clean…I Hope.

Took 30 minutes to get 4 whopper meals, and we were at the front of the line. Dirty tables with nobody even thinking about cleaning them. I could’ve gone to the local bar and grill and been served faster. Dont come to this BK if you want FAST food. FAST IT IS NOT…

The manager needs to be taught that you shouldn’t talk about customers when they can hear you. Customer service is important which means if we didn’t get our food we didn’t get it, & throw change on the ground? l don’t know who trained you but they need to redo the training.
