Came here at least 3 times a week but after today this is the Last time I come here. Foods not cheap so when I pay good money I expect the food to be some what hot or at minimum warm. The croissant was cold like they toasted it before and reused it the cheese as you can see is cold, and not even close to being melted on top of that when you ask for the sweet black pepper bacon sandwich they give you the regular bacon which you pay more for the sweet black pepper bacon. Furthermore, when you order, make sure you repeat yourself otherwise the woman behind the counter will say you didn’t say you wanted hashbrowns but instead, she wasn’t listening that’s OK. It is the last time I will come here plenty of other Dunkins to go to.

We always have a great experience here. The cashiers are very friendly especially Destiny. She is always so patient while my kids order their own ice cream and she always remembers mine and my husband’s order when we walk in.

It’s a typical DD, you know what to expect. Good spot for a Coffee and Donut. DD is pretty reliable in delivering an average experience no matter the store.

This location doesn’t know how to make their own brand drinks. Cookie butter cold brew with almond milk with an almond crossiant. I’ve ordered this before and at this location, just wow I’ve never had one this bad! The crossiant is cold and stale and the drink itself is disgusting, it’s tastes like water with left over coffee ground. Drinks are quickly done wrong. I’ve never had a Dunkin order this bad! And it’s only 8:30am.

Ordered an already overpriced sandwich and opted to add the bacon jam that’s advertised. I bite into the sandwich and the bacon jam is ice cold…. $8 in the trash. That’s for messing up my order yet again, will not be coming back. This happens all too often.

Lady calling herself a manager is always texting as she’s taking orders. My order is always wrong, can’t even get a decent coffee. My coffee didn’t taste right. It’s overly sweet. I said no sugar but because she’s too busy on her phone she can’t take the order correctly. I went to a different Dunkin yesterday, ordered the same way & it was delicious. Thanks for the $6 cup of diabetes.

12/26/2025 I went to buy a ice cream cake and no one knew how to write happy birthday on cake. Then, I took the cake drove to my house 20 minutes of drive and once I got home the cake was melting.
And to make it even worse the staff you had that day had a tired, frustrated face and with an attitude.
