Had a very nice young man at the window serve my food but the woman who took my order either didn’t hear me when I said no pickles or the cooks just messed up because soggy pickle juice saturated my bun which I hate. So I said to the young man after I pulled around to the front to wait for my food “did they hear me when I asked for no pickles he said let me go check in the mean time I opened the bag and no surprise pickles so I start pulling them off and throwing them away I said is there anyway I can just get the bottom part of the bun” cause like I said saturated bun in pickle juice and mayo no thanks he retorted back” i dont think I can and they wanted to charge you for the 30 cent side cup of gravy which if you’ve been to kfc lately they now have tiny cups like the sauce cups for mcnuggets at MC’ds that cost about 35 cents i believe and your supposedly allowed 1 free thats what I was told but her nor there. So I said “Ok” to the young man and left but thought about how I gave an extra almost 2$ tip at the drive thru and then get told tough cookies just eat it basically kinda set me a little sideways. I dont blame the kid he was young probably his first job and truthfully he was very polite just maybe they need to be a little better about customer service. Still not a bad place good for late night quick grab meal.

My first time here & the food was nice and hot . Taste was excellent and fresh and the dining room was very clean . Staff was helpful in making suggestions on the menu . Will definitely be going back there !

Staff is useless. No one manning the counter. 10 people waiting. Waited an hour for an online order. After 30 minutes of being told “it’s not ready yet” they tell me they don’t have an order in my name even though I had the order number and location . Why would they tell me it’s on its way if there’s no order? Had to go to corporate to get my money back. Avoid this place.

Came here on July 3rd. Staff purposely ignored anyone waiting at the counter. Waited 20+ mins to order. They would avoid eye contact and walk by without acknowledging customers. Used the kisok instead. Called my name and they forgot my cup for my drink, my sauce, and biscuit. Waited 20 mins at the counter again to be acknowledged for my drink. This happened to multiple other customers too, not just me. Girl in the back was eating nachos in front of customers and on her phone, ignoring us. Drink machine in lobby doesnt work right, sodas all tasted like nasty water. Chicken in sandwich was rubbery and undercooked. Trash cans were overflowing, lobby was disgusting. Owner/management should be ashamed. Place is trash do not eat here, you’ll probably get sick, I threw out my chicken.
