Food is good and prices are reasonable; however, we waited over an hour from the time we ordered our BURGERS until they were served. We didn’t order anything exotic that one would expect to take extra time…we ordered BURGERS! Several tables arrived after we did and were served and finished while we waited. We won’t go back anytime soon…maybe if we hear they hired more kitchen staff.

First time going there. Tyler was such a great waiter!! We ordered the fish, chips, hush puppies and Cole slaw and shrimp and black and blue burger… All were amazing! Great atmosphere, great staff, great food. We will be golfing there soon and getting dinner after. Great job Grandys!

We had lunch about 12:30 on a Thursday. There were 2 or 3 other customers the entire time we were there, including the bar. I had the cod sandwich and my friend had a chicken wrap, mine was honestly very average. Ok, but I wouldn’t have eaten it if I hadn’t drowned it in malt vinegar and tarter sauce, and I wouldn’t order it again. Terribly slow service. There was one waiter who was also the bartender, but we were his only table, and there was one person at the bar. It took over 30 minutes to get our food, and I had to go to the kitchen myself to get tarter sauce, which also took several minutes, while I stood there. Our waiter was busy at the bar (computer problems) and never brought it to me, and my fish was getting cold. The ambiance was nice, but only because the place was empty, I suspect it would have been terribly noisy if more customers had been there. I won’t go back, mostly because of the slow, slow, slow service, but also because of the bland food. Sorry Grandy’s.

We had dinner there last night and everything was excellent! Service was great, friendly staff and food quality was 5-stars. Drinks prices were great value as well. Highly recommend the bourbon glazed Brussels sprouts. We had the burger and patty melt off the regular menu but they do have dinner specials too.

Been wanting try the past few months….finally did and wished we would have gone sooner.
Got there a little past Five O’Clock on a Friday evening sat ourselv a since no one @ host stand. Got service fairly quick by Ryliegh. Ordered the special which was Steak Au Pouvre (grilled ribeye with a peppercorn sauce) with salad and choice of 2 sides: carmelized brussel sprouts and baked potato. Hubby got the hamburger steak came with choice 2 sides: fries & salad.
Got bevarages & salad quickly. great service.
The steak was very tasty and cooked perfectly to medium as requested and the brussel sprouts were delish and ample to share. We got dessert to go.
Will definitely be returning to dine again. Easily accessible via I-40 exit and located in Deer Creek subdivision.

After golf yesterday – we decided to stay and have lunch at Grandys. What a pleasant surprise!! The welcome from the staff and chef who all came over at times to our table to introduce themselves and make sure everything was going well – was a surprise. In todays world – there are few places that do that anymore. The food was spot on – delicious and many of the dishes are from scratch. We will definitely be back time and time again to enjoy the new specials that the chef is planning on – expanding on the menu. Welcome to Crossville – you are a great addition to this community.
