Wish we’d tried this place sooner! The pizza is absolutely delicious and the wings were so good! Got the Abe Froman Hand Tossed pizza which is just Italian sausage and lots of cheese, it was simple but really good. Decided last minute to get dessert and coffee because we saw that they had Basque Cheesecake, however that didn’t go well, the cheesecake was still frozen, so we didn’t get to try it, however they did offer to replace it with NY style cheesecake, but we opted not to. So… pizza, wings and drinks yes! Dessert not so much. Overall good experience, will be back. It wasn’t too busy for a Sunday evening and service was great.

A gift card got us here and glad we came. Great atmosphere with friendly service. The food was pretty good, but what we ordered was not to die for, but maybe it was what we ordered? Kids had pizza off the kids menu and as couples we each got the pizza, salad, and dessert for two. It took a long, long time to get the pizza, but perhaps deep dish chicago style takes that long? Excellent crust, but the pizza wasn’t piping hot in the middle. Nice touch on the dessert as part of the combo dinner deal. Would like to return and try other menu options. BTW, the dining area, bathrooms, end entire restaurant was absolutely spotless clean.

Decided to try CFP for the first time! Wasn’t really in a pizza mood like my posse was, so I opted for pasta. Was a good choice! Sierra was our server and she was great. It looked like she was training someone so we had a few hiccups but overall, it wasn’t a problem. Food tasted excellent! It was fresh tasting and everyone in the group loved what they ordered! Thanks guys! We’ll be back!

There was a group of 10 of us, I made a reservation online ahead of time. When we arrived, it was pretty packed! They seemed a little unorganized/not prepared, but there was a very large group of people there for a celebration of life. So I think it may have thrown them off a little bit. The drinks were really good as well as all the food. We were told that the deep dish pizza was authentic but took up to an hour to get done, which sucked to hear. We also had to ask for water, which we found odd as most places just automatically bring water for the whole table, but it wasn’t a huge deal. We got the meal for two which was a medium pizza, choice of salad or wings, and a dessert. We really appreciated how the meal for two seemed like full size plates and we didn’t leave hungry. Our server was very sweet and was busting her butt the entire time we were there. All in all, it was very good food and atmosphere, and we will likely come back.

We came in (with reservation) with a large family group of 67 people. We reserved a whole section of the restaurant. We were searching for a place for our family to unwind and get some drinks and a meal after holding a Celebration of Life for a family member who recently passed, and they accepted us. The preparation, service, food quality and all around accommodations were nothing short of amazing. We arrived to find our tables all set up with pitchers of water, etc. The wait staff just knocked themselves out serving us. Beers were flowing and food came out hot and delicious. They couldn’t have treated us better. And I have never before seen a system like that of allowing multiple tickets for a large group. On behalf of our entire (huge) family, Thank You so much for taking such good care of us! We are spreading the word around, and we look forward to coming back in a much smaller group, to enjoy the food again.

I read a couple of other reviews from last night where folks had a less than excellent experience. This was not the restaurant’s fault. Our large group had to have caused a drain on the kitchen and staff. The place was rocking. I empathize and acknowledge. The team there sure gave it their all with the pizzas just cranking out, and the servers were hustling with great attitudes!

Definitely recommend.

Solid 4 stars for this pizzeria. When they first opened, the deep dish Chicago style took 45 min to cook, so you had to plan accordingly. (Order ahead or plan on cocktail hour while you wait.. ) Now, they have upgraded the oven and those deep dish pizzas come out faster. However, I am not sure if this has the unintended consequences of the second part of this review, which is that the last two visits have confirmed that the deep dish crust is not as flaky as it was when they first opened. The toppings are still mostly the same and we have now ordered the same pizza three (actually 4) times with the same disappointing result. Finally, I’m not sure to attribute this to service or to food but somewhere there seems to be a disconnect between service and the kitchen. I mentioned that we’ve ordered the same Pizza four times but one of the times we were served a completely totally different Pizza (a Margherita pizza instead of a stockyard… what a contrast!) And we have had special requests (Order additions/substitutions) screwed up or missed each time. ProTip: if you order straight off the menu, you should be fine… and happy hour is worth the visit. But what happened to the flaky crust?!?!

The place is nice and the atmosphere is great but the pizza…we weren’t too impressed. However we did deep dish and it was too much bread. The wings were yummy and crunchy, lots of cheese on the cheese sticks. My husband didn’t like all the tomato on his pepperoni. De cub club was good just would do thin instead of deep dish. Our server was great. Overall mostly not what we were expecting.

We had lunch at Chicago Fire Pizza today and really enjoyed it! First our server Jaylin was great. She had us laughing after my husband asked if the lunch Italian Beef Sandwich is 5″ how big is the regular sandwich? She told him it’s bigger than the 5″. He is the perfect person to pick on like that, it made his day!
I had the Wedge Salad and one slice of a Combo Thin Crust Pizza. Both delicious! I don’t really like red sauce but the sauce on this pizza was so light and fresh I would have it again. My husband had the Italian Beef Sandwich with Rosemary Fries. He loved the sandwich and as you can see I could only get a picture of half of it. The fries were ok but he wasn’t fond of the drizzle of oil on them.
This was our third visit to Chicago Fire Pizza and we have enjoyed every meal and the service is always great. We also love the atmosphere!

Chicago Fire! Newer place to our area. Super impressed! Simple and good menu (not too much, not too little). Staff were very friendly and a very nice atmosphere!. Service was great all around. Got the Zucchini bites – delicious! Loved the pesto sauce! The boneless wings were spot on great! The Greek fries – yes! Yum! And perfect for an appetizer at $5. Got a thin crust large pepperoni/ half cheese. Absolutely delightful! Perfectly seasoned.
Gotta say this was a great experience all around! We will be back for sure!!!!!

Stopped by this place over the weekend, always fun to try a new place that we’ve never been to yet. They specialize in pizza but we ended up just getting a bunch of appetizers. We started out with a mule & margarita. The mule was really good, the margarita was terrible. I’m never picky when it comes to a margarita but this one was really hard for me to get through. It was so watery & just did not have good flavor. We ordered a house salad & I loved that the dressing was tossed through the whole salad. We also ordered a wedge salad. The wedge salad was very basic & yummy. Our only complaints with the salads were the ranch seemed watered down & the wedge salad was served with a butter knife instead of a steak knife. I’ve never seen this before. It made it hard to cut through. The cheese sticks were a favorite for our table. Definitely recommend these! They were the cheesiest Mozzarella type sticks I’ve ever had. The crunchiness to cheese ratio was on par. We ordered the Buffalo garlic wings & they were delicious! They were a favorite for our table. Greek fries were delicious! The small caprese salad only comes with 2 pieces. For that price, I expected like 3 or 4 pieces. I did appreciate that when we sat down to order, they did tell us how long the pizzas take to make. Deep dish is 45 minutes, so plan accordingly if you do order this. I can’t wait to try the pizza next time.
