Eric, the host. Very respectful I even stayed for a while when waiting for my takeout order. The manager and everyone else I love talking to about my Asian culture travels. Both before and during military life. I tried so many Asian culture places in my years, Korean, Vietnamese, Taiwanese, Mongolian, Filipino, Indian, Chinese and of course Japanese. This place is very traditional. I highly recommend eating here if you’re in the area. Come dine in or Takeout!

We thoroughly enjoyed our meals here! The sushi was terrific and the presentation and service were top notch. I had the Yama roll that has real crab meat and it was delicious. We tried several different specialty rolls and they were all fabulous. The decor is nicely done and clean. Our waitress brought us a slice of cheesecake on the house after our meal. It was my daughter’s birthday, but we hadn’t said anything, and she loved the extra treat! I would love to come back for more!

Such a cozy little sushi spot! The restaurant is small and welcoming with ambient lighting. Portions are surprisingly big compared to other spots in the area and everything was beautifully plated. The service was also phenomenal, the servers were very attentive and they gave us lots of freebies on the house and edamame to start! You can tell they really care about their customers. Definitely coming back!

In town and wanted to fulfill my sudden crave for sushi. Location has plenty of parking and service was spectacular. Received some complimentary items, and quite grateful! Ordered the tempura shrimp and spicy tuna roll. Shrimp excellent and tuna was delicious. Also have done carry out which was quick, accurate, and yummy. Glad there is a convenient place to satisfy the Japanese cuisine craving! Thank you!

This is a gem. Everything here was wonderful. First off, it’s wonderfully decorated, very fun and immaculately clean. The food is delicious and it came out so quickly. With my meal, I received three amuse bouches. Edamame, a slightly sweet and savory cocktail room and a decadent chocolate cheesecake bite. It was all so good. The serving sizes were very good and the prices extremely reasonable. Just a great place with great food, ambiance and value.

First off, I have to just say that this restaurant is truly beautiful! I was amazed at the decor walking in! I proceeded to the counter to place my order for takeout and was immediately greeted by an employee there who was very sweet. Great customer service! She took my order and let me know of the wait time. I ordered the Golden shrimp sushi roll with the vegetable filled noodles. When my order was ready, she brought it out to me and provided me with a cheesecake on the house!! That was so sweet! The food was absolutely amazing! I’ve had sushi before but this definitely took the#1 place! The noodles were great as well and wasn’t salty like others I’ve tried elsewhere! The cheesecake was so soft and flavorful, every bite was so delicate! I overall had a great experience! I look forward to dining in next time! I highly recommend this place!

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but if you like good quality sashimi DO NOT GO HERE. Pieces were very thin and just didn’t taste good, I honestly didn’t even want to eat it. Go to nara sushi or fuji hanas for the salmon! NOT HERE. I think this is the worst tasting fish i’ve ever had.

I have been living in VA beach for 3 years and have been looking for a delicious sushi place! The ambience is soothing. The service is quick but does not effect the quality. I highly recommend their sushi. It was my first time and they gave my friend and I spring rolls on the house and a delicious cheesecake bite.
