I normally start out with 4 stars and rarely give any 5 star ratings; however, this visit was outstanding. I mistakenly placed a wrong order, but the employee corrected on his behalf. This kind of service is rare, especially when the error was committed by the customer. I truly appreciate the proactive action. I noticed there were 2 Jack-in-the-box in the area and I chose the right one. Thanks again for an outstanding service!

I went through this Jack in the Box drive thru tonight and when I got home I realized they didn’t give me the right order. I payed for a combo and instead I got three egg rolls and fries. The annoying part was that I tried calling the restaurant to explain and get a refund but there was no response. When someone finally responded they just hung up the phone. This is frustrating as I payed for a full meal and ended up with three egg rolls that I ended up tossing away.

I’m taken back on what I said regarding the service here at Jack in the box. I went today and was offered such rude service and was even yelled at by “the manager”. I will never be returning here nor will suggest this location to my friends and family. Also my chicken sandwich was super small and I am attaching the picture.

They don’t listen. Asked me what I wanted then kept interrupting me…..I asked for a burger. No lettuce and no tomatoes. Add bacon. So I get a burger with NO bacon but they gave me tomatoes and lettuce!

Respectful courteous staff. Meal cooked perfect exactly as I ordered. Was glad I didn’t walk all that way to be disappointed. Hope it’s the same next time I go! Thanks to the woman and man on shift tonight. Great people!

Ive been coming here for years they mess up you’re order 1/5. It’s the closest one to the house. I finally had to make a review after today. Customer service sucks! We went for my pregnant wife’s cravings. We got some tacos and 2 orders of curly fries. We got home and realized they didnt give us our fries. I went back. The young lady that usually helps me and took my order apologized. She said she would give me something for the inconvenience. Once I reached the window I seen the “unfortunately” the older Latin lady arguing with the young lady. She took the bag from her and gave me my bag with a ugly look. I explained what happened, she told me it’s not her problem I wasted my gas. She looked at me ugly as i continued to try to explain myself. I told her im sorry and “You’re a terrible worker” before she shut the window on me. I’m honestly taking this to corporate. I ended up getting my soggy fries. I’ve worked in the culinary industry my whole life, being a chef starting as a KFC cook. It’s been years since I’ve experienced such terrible customer service. Make sure they got your order right before you leave.
