The employee that helped me was patient and knowledgeable. This was my first time in a bagel shop, so it was nice to feel comfortable enough to take my time deciding! The place was clean, and staff was so friendly! Bagels were top tier, as expected. Will be back again!

Yum, very good bagels. A bit on the pricier side, but the options they have are good. If you get familiar with their menu you can probably make some interesting stuff. They also have burritos and coffee. Always like getting food from Gibs.

I go here all the time since I work next door and it never disappoints. The food is delicious, the menu has so many choices, and the staff is beyond friendly. They actually know me by name, which says a lot. Gavin, the manager, is super kind and does an amazing job creating such a welcoming atmosphere. This place deserves all the love.

This place is fantastic!!! Not only are the staff friendly and have great customer service, but the food was amazing! I love bagels and Gib’s in Windsor is the place to go! The BLT I had was soooo good. Highly recommend eating here. And tip the staff, they clearly have integrity and pride in what they do.

The food tastes good, but I have gone multiple times before 10am and they are consistently out of the garlic bagels by then. I really enjoy going here but I will probably stop coming if it continues happening. There’s no reason I see that this couldn’t be fixed but it hasn’t been and it’s extremely disappointing everytime I go

Not impressed at all with this Gibs location. I have been to many Gibs Bagels and have always been happy, this location
No greeting when I walked in
No greeting at the counter (music extremely loud in their kitchen, and girl behind the counter swept instead of talking to me or even saying hi)
Finally someone offered to take my order and did not call out the bagel that was sitting on the counter ready which turned out to be for a girl waiting inside since I walked in….
Bagels were subpar. One was too hard and stale to enjoy, the egg sandwich was so slapped together it just fell apart , had to eat with a fork, turkey sandwich was decent. Overall, very disappointed in the attention to customers, and please turn down the horrible choice in music , you might be able to focus more on your customers coming in the door and the bagels you are making to have a job.

I travel through Windsor every week. This place is my go to. Gavin is the best, always good conversation, and professional. Bagels are divine. If your in the area this place is a must. Stop in best bagels around the colorado area

Very disappointed with the service at this location and won’t be back. I ordered two dozen bagels ahead of time and specified what day and time I wanted to pick the order up. I was assured by the employee who took my order that the order would be ready. I arrived today, the time and day we agreed on, and was told by the employee working that no one had told her about the order and she had to put it together last minute.
She then only gave me one dozen bagels and luckily I noticed before leaving their parking lot and had to go back to the counter to ask for my second dozen. By the way, this order was prepaid for. The order was supposed to be ready for pick up at 6:15am and I didn’t leave until 6:40am, barely making it in time for work.
Yes the bagels were good quality, but this team really needs to better their communication and the customer service needs improvement. Horrible experience.

The bagels at Gibs are delicious, but the service is unbelievably slow. No matter the time of day, I always end up waiting 15–20 minutes even when there are only 1–3 cars ahead of me. Today was the final straw — I specifically asked for plain cream cheese and got bacon cream cheese instead. I’m vegan, so that’s not just frustrating, it’s unacceptable. Great food doesn’t make up for the lack of care and consistency.
