This Moe’s Southwest Grill location is somewhat better than the others I’ve visited. The dining area was spacious and clean. The staff member who took my order was friendly. My burrito bowl was delicious, but I was surprised by the price. With guacamole, it was supposed to be $14, but I ended up paying $18. I understand that the $14 price doesn’t include tax, but the $4 difference seems excessive. I should have asked for a receipt to clarify the charge.

My biggest issue with them is that this one particular, older working woman at this location likes to under-portion you on protein meats, and give you 2 heaping spoons full of rice. I said something to her last time, I was super annoyed. I won’t Pay almost 14$ for rice burrito!

I love Moe’s. I just don’t like going to this specific Moe’s. Why? The service sucks. Trying to keep this short, basically they stuff you on a bag of chips. When you check k the box that says yes I want free chips and salsa, to me that’s one bag of chips. Then you order a side of queso, that should be another bag of chips. Ok so whatever, I ended up with only one bag. BUT, the proceeded to throw the rest of my food on top of the chips. They had to cram everything in to fit into the one bag so the end result was I ended up with a bag full of completely crushed tortilla chip crumbs. It made eating the queso not fun trying to dip dine sized chips with my fingers. So the next time go, I’ll just order less and skip the side of queso. I even asked them to please use a seperate bag for the chips so the burrito and other stuff didn’t crush the chips but honestly they don’t sirakndngmush and I don’t speak Spanish and the language barrier prevented me from getting what I wanted. If it’s an issue of money, I’d be happy to pay for an extra bag, I just want to be able to dip the chips in the queso without having to dunk my fingers in the sauce. To add insult to I just, the salsa lid cane off and soaked through the bottom of the bag. Salsa spared chip crumbs, and a trail of chip crumbs and salsa from my driveway to my kitchen.
I realize this is a long rant about something that’s not the end of the world, and cowhand it seems a bit dramatic but it ruined my dinner. By the time I cleaned up the mess, and sorted out the chip pieces that weren’t soaking wet, the food was cold and the whole thing just sucked. So in summary, good tasting, but cold food and service that’s less than lackluster. It makes me not want to go back and just stick at Chipotle.

It is a nice space, but has poor quality food and the portions were off. The staff seemed unhappy or just unfriendly.

Clean in every way. Food is good, just need little salt to it, but they provide the salt on the counter anyway. If you put music would be nice.

We had such a great time here! Trivia with Justin C. was awesome! And the Guac was SO Fresh! The chips were warm and fresh and the perfect amount of saltiness. Highly recommend this spot!

The folks that make the food are nice, but the cashiers are nothing short of mean and degrading. More importantly though, the food is trash and overpriced.
You’re better off going to Qdoba or Chipotle a few miles down the road at the mall.

if i could give a 0, i would. the customer service is horrible. two burritos were $44 dollars. A complete rip off and they try to charge you extra for getting sauce. Paid for a large soda, and some of the machine fountain drinks were all out. they never told us about extra fees for ranch and charged us a dollar for adding some on our food. Nasty staff, they place is dirty, and the precooked protein is GROSS. Taste like rubber. I will never ever go back to this location.
