For starters, the fact that I can’t come up to the store and pay with a $100 bill is pretty crazy. I understand not allowing that for the delivery drivers but you’re behind a counter. Making me go to the gas station to break the bill is asinine.
Also, apparently there’s only two options for the amount of sauce. They are as follows:
Regular = very little to no sauce.
Extra = Chicago style deep dish.
Nothing in between.

Adin was awesome when taking my order over the phone, even verifying information with his manager when he wasn’t sure of the answers to a couple of my questions. I’m glad that the management supports their team in a way that they are comfortable asking questions. We had an issue with the website not allowing us to place an order for delivery and was thrilled with the kindness and hospitality demonstrated by this employee!! 5 stars ONCE AGAIN, this location never disappoints!!

$37 down the drain. I placed an order for delivery for food to be taken to my son at his job. The order was placed before 11:00 a.m. the order left the store at 11:14 a.m. and his job is 5 miles away which is a 10-minute drive. Estimated delivery time was 11:45 and then it jumpef to 11:53. Then estimated delivery time jumpef to 1208 almost an hour after it left the store. By that point his break was over meaning the food has to sit in the lobby or outside the door until his next break at 2:30 p.m. that was a complete waste of time and his hard-earned money. I understand that you cannot give exact delivery times and I don’t expect that but what I do expect is for food not to take an hour to get to its destination when the destination is only 5 miles away. He waited to take his break until it said delivery in progress. I wanted to complain and was told to search for corporates number in Google

Every single time I order from here, they don’t deliver my food. I call the store and they say “our driver just dropped it off” I have zero proof of delivery on my front door camera and it’s nowhere to be found. When you talk to whoever answers the phone they just say they’ll make it again but it’ll be another 45 minutes. Oh and since it was already paid for online, they keep the tip too. This has happened at least 5-10 times in the last year. Save yourself the trouble and order from anywhere else.

Ordered delivery and paid $22 for some burnt food and when I called to complain the “manager” asked for a photo of the food because he took it the oven and “there was nothing wrong with it”. First off I have never been asked to provide a photo to prove my food was burnt. After he received the photo he then turned around and said he didn’t see anything wrong with it. I told him that he might not see anything wrong but I was the customer and the one who paid for the food and the customer is always right. He claimed that was not how it worked there and continued by saying he would not be sending me any free food and that they would remake it if I paid again. Will never ever ever order from this Dominos again and I am disgusted by how rude and unwilling they were to correct their mistakes. Would give 0 stars if that was possible.

Ordered from the two or more for $5.99, both pizzas were baked to perfection and were delicious. Said my pickup time was 30 minutes from when I placed my order and the guys brought it out in 20.. awesome! Super hot too!
Update…today is 02/22/2022. Went to this location for a thin and crispy half cheese half pepperoni pizza pie cut..had to be the worst pizza ever. For starters, it was very bland…not much flavor. There was barely any sauce…when did pizza chains decide to hold the sauce and put a ton of cheese on the pies??? It’s gross. Finally….THEY DID NOT CUT THE PIZZA!!!! And we were so hungry that we had planned on eating in the car. So we had to tear it with our hands….did NOT like this..how awesome! Please please please get back to serving great food domino’s!

I ordered a 27$ meal and it was all disgusting. The bread bites were very undercooked, as was the pizza’s and then the cinnamon twists were undercooked and drenched in some sauce that made them very soggy… totally neglectful service. The refund couldn’t process fast enough.
