First time at Alpha Ramen and the food and service was excellent. I ordered takeout and decided on the creamy vegetarian ramen dish. It was great. Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes. Next on my list is the Takoyaki!

Went on a Saturday for lunch. Very Cute restaurant, great price, nice staff, and good selection of ramen. Noodle texture was good.
Soup was more warm than hot. I had the shoyu and the broth needed more flavor. My wife had the spicy tonkatsu which was much better.

I love spicy food, and eat it somewhat frequently – if you’re like me, you’ll be able to survive the ‘spicy’ level of spice if the range is mild, spicy, and hot.
The Japanese street food was delicious! Definitely worth stopping by and trying the ramen too!

I got the tonkotau ramen and it was very good! Very filling and delicious! It was not too busy on the Friday afternoon we were there which made for a calm environment.

Im loving it!!! Top notch authentic soups here!! Omgosh, I’m soooo glad I stumbled upon this hidden gem. Cute little restaurant with some flavors that’s out of this world!!! I highly recommend the curry beef udon!!! It’s outstanding!!!! The curry is so good that I can’t even explain how good it was, lol. There’s nothing like Japanese curry, it is all I can say!! Mmmm, mmmm mmm! Can’t wait to come back for another bowl and try the ramen. They have rice bowls as well. If you’re in Asian town, stop by and try a bowl. I bet you won’t regret it, lol!

Was making a trip to the KOKO Bakery and spotted this little gem across the street. So my bro and I strolled on over and got some ramen to go. Wow! I LOVED the cartoon-style decorum. As an artist, it really gave the place character.
I ordered the Shoyu Ramen and Takoyaki, and my bro got the Mega Ramen.
HOLY MACARONI! The presentation of the ramen blew me away, and when we added the broth to our bowls…..it was a done deal. That first bite we took….sent us to HEAVEN!
This was LEGIT! FLAVORFUL chicken, garlic broth with springy fresh ramen noodles, delicious fish cakes, and tofu. My brother’s was worth the money – big shrimp with all the fixings in a “succulent” pork broth (his words). Put us in a food coma! This ain’t no Maruchan, baby!
10 OUT OF 10, WE’LL BE BACK AGAIN! ❤️

Literally looked like you fell into a different world… black and white sketches on the walls and the tables and chairs looked sketched in. Aweeeeesome! My family and I enjoy 5 flavorful dishes. Portions were VERY nice! Meat to rice ration, on point! Affordable. We dined in..had to. Food and Service was 5 star. Just have patience… everything was cooked fresh. We did not try any drinks this time however, they do have ice water with cups available. : ) Thank you Alpha Ramen. We will be back for the Ramen!

I was excited to try this ramen shop with the good reviews but it was unfortunately disappointing. The biggest issues I had were the broth was lukewarm, the noodles were not chewy and tasted more like angel hair spaghetti, and the egg served with the ramen, although season well, was cold as well. The gyoza tasted from frozen and the Korean corn dog was just a giant mozzarella stick. Potential was there, the service was friendly and the vibe was fun but I will not be going back unless they up the quality. I was the only one there at 11:30 on a weekday so maybe then have something to do with it but you would think with just serving one person, it would be easier.
Otani noodles is better.
