So disappointed because this is the only location I’ve found with a drive through. I’ve ordered here multiple times and the food quality is very inconsistent. Whether it’s the rice/meat being cooked incorrectly or just too much or too little of one ingredient. But I just love Chipotle when they get it right so I go back. Yesterday I ordered my usual and it just tasted off. I have never been turned away from the taste of my food at Chipotle but something was just off. I ate maybe 1/4 of my bowl (because I hadn’t eaten all day) before I put it away and only a few hours later was sick… Seeing that somebody left a review a week ago that they got sick from this place makes it even worse.
Seriously, food safety is TOP priority. That’s some shut-it-down stuff… Get it together now or get shut down.

The manager on shift between 12:00–14:00 today handled a serious health and safety concern very poorly.
I found a full sticker inside my bowl (purchased the night of the 15th). Instead of showing empathy or accountability, the manager repeatedly cut me off with comments like “let’s cut the middle man out.” My explanation of the issue isn’t the “middle man” — it’s what he should have been listening to.
His only justification was “it was busy.” That’s not acceptable. A food safety issue isn’t something to dismiss, and being busy doesn’t excuse it.
Yes, I was eventually refunded, but the refund was given with the attitude that he was doing me a favor, rather than taking ownership of a mistake that happened under his leadership.
If management can’t take valid customer feedback seriously, I can only imagine what the team members under that leadership are experiencing. This is a clear opportunity for Chipotle to tighten up standards and provide training on what real leadership and accountability look like.

I could’ve gave them a zero but one star was good enough due to the fact on our last visit to that place there was a piece of plastic in my boyfriend’s food and we called and was compensated by getting a meal replaced. Upon visiting this place again today Customer service was awful. The server made it as that she was giving me something that I hadn’t paid for it and was displeased with and had returned for my replacement. This will be my last visit. I am displeased with this place better customer service goes a long way, but to have your food served to you as a dog. Or treated ugly is unacceptable do better.

The short dark skin girl that made my food so perfectly and she was so nice I hate I didn’t get her name. The other workers literally saw the line building up on her she had to make the food and be a cashier it was so distasteful. The two people handling to go orders were talking and playing around while she devoted to making us happy as the line kept building she deserves a raise because she is constantly smiling and working hard every time I come in and everyone else we’re just wasting time and making her work alone

I went to this Chipotle yesterday for lunch and paid in cash. The cashier told me she didn’t have enough money in her drawer to make change, and the alternative was to be stiffed on what I was owed instead of going the next dollar up. Ridiculous that the manager can’t be bothered to put money in the register. If you can’t take cash, then say that before I pay! Insanity. The food wasn’t fresh either.

I got food from this location yesterday for me and my mom. The food was decent. However later on that night me and mom was sick as dogs. Throwing up through the night, severe stomach aches. It was so bad that I’m still considering to get seen about. It makes me dont want to eat any type of food again.

This Chipotle on Lakeshore was disappointing. The line moved slowly, and the staff seemed rushed and uninterested. Portions were smaller than usual, and the food didn’t taste very fresh. The restaurant also wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been, especially during a busy time. Definitely not the Chipotle experience I’m used to, and I don’t see myself coming back anytime soon.

Very bad service. The person who served me seemed to be giving me the food for free because they put very little food on my plate, and the person behind me got a huge amount of food in their bowl and was charged the same as me. I’ve never had that happen to me at other Chipotle locations.

Walked in and waited in line to order. Observing the staff go about their jobs. The older lady making food for the gentlemen in front of me dropped rice on the counter…..she scrapped it all into her hand and placed it right back in the prepared rice. You should have thrown that away, but instead, you contaminated the entire vessel of rice in the steam table. Imagine what she does when nobody can see her. I didn’t order anything. I just walked out.
