I would like to start off by saying I had the most terrible experience that I could ever have had at this facility.
On top of employees not even on time for work or shift change.
1. I walked in an nobody even acknowledged me for about 35-45 mins
2. The employees where very rude an loud.
3. Also when I got my order took I was trying to explain to the cashier that I didn’t want any pickles on the sandwich. Because I have food allergies an one of them are cucumbers an pickles.
4. After I was trying to inform the cashier about the issue she rolled her eyes an caught an attitude an walked in the office.
It was if she tried to make me feel bad for having an allergy.
5. After the sandwich was remade I asked about the fries being old an why they didn’t make them fresh.
6. Then the cashier caught another attitude then told me to hold on an give her the fries back an looked an me an said here to another employee an told her she need more fries.
7.I get my food another customer comes in an it’s the same thing for him when he was ready to order.
8. I finally get my food an the sandwich is very greasy an looks like the chicken was very old.
Worst investment of my life.
I will not be coming back here until their are better employees managers an customer service an more neater an fresher food.

Hello! I ordered a 3-piece white (2wings, 1breast) for lunch Wednesday, Oct. 4th. It came to me like pic #1. When I sent it back to get a fresher looking meal, it came back as pics #2 & #3. Each time, it came back with thighs instead of breasts, even after the young lady promised it was a breast. SO, this was my first off day that I could get back to the restaurant. All I wanted was the breast that was due to me. Instead, I was denied be a I didn’t still have the receipt. How is this good customer service?!?

I just feel if you don’t have it let me know while I’m ordering… Please don’t let me order and when I get to the window to pay for it you out of everything…… I didn’t eat those are red flags to me….. But mom did and the smell that came from the box when opened. Old food smell and her fries look like they were under the lamp since opening. YuCK

Rude and dirty. Go through the drive thru and get told to come inside but others were allowed to use drive thru? Ordered 3 piece with fries and mac/cheese waited almost 15 minutes and got mashed potatoes instead of mac/cheese. The manger has long hair not put up and is very rude. The cashier couldn’t ring up the lady before me order, mine or the next persons without the manager helping.
