I have been going to this starbucks for quite some time now, but i have never had as much of a positive experience as i did the other day. The barista who helped me in the drive thru, Ava, was so friendly and bubbly, it was so refreshing to see someone so happy in this shop. While I’ve never had any exceptionally bad experiences at this location, the baristas are not usually the most upbeat or cheerful. i was blown away by my service and she definitely deserves kudos for that.

Worst Starbucks experience ever. The customer service was terrible and very disrespectful. The staff acted like they didn’t want to be there and didn’t care about customers at all. If you don’t want to serve people who are spending money, you shouldn’t be working there. I will never come back to this location. I’d rather get coffee from a gas station than deal with this place again.

Ordered 4 drinks in the drive-thru and was told bc i ordered so many drinks i needed to pull up in a spot. Tell me you arent properly staffed without telling me. Many other locations have no problem making the drinks and serving in the drive-thru. Maybe put up a sign if you can’t accommodate in the drive-thru.

Although the employees here are still very nice, they don’t show any disrespect, but the lack of attention to get the coffee right still boggles my mind. I used to go to the Starbucks on Silas Deane Highway, But they do not know how to make coffee correctly…
I started coming here to the Berlin Turnpike, Starbucks.
No one disrespected me here, but I went into the building three different times within five minutes to get a new coffee because they did not make my coffee correctly or make the new changes to fix it…
Like come on now we spend all this money just for a decent coffee To be completely TRASH.. there’s no reason why we’re paying $10 a cup and I can’t get my coffee the RIGHT WAY (i ask for caramel macchiato:
1st one: bitter ash, 2nd watery milky, 3rd attempt just taste like milks.)
I don’t understand why we can’t just do our jobs correctly. If we don’t wanna work I don’t wanna make a specific type of coffee than pass it along to a coworker.
I don’t understand why this keep happening But if I crash out in the store, I’m wrong.

I’ve visited this Starbucks on the Berlin Turnpike twice before and had great experiences—polite staff, enthusiastic service, and a clean, well-kept environment.

Unfortunately, today was a completely different experience. The place was noticeably dirty, and the staff appeared unkempt, loud, and unprofessional. There were two employees behind the counter, while another was on break. When I approached, they took a while to acknowledge me, and when they finally did, I was simply told, “It’ll be a minute.” One of them openly complained about not wanting to be there, then proceeded to mock and laugh at customers’ orders.

When it was time for my drink to be made, I asked for no whipped cream. The employee making it seemed frustrated, dumped the drink, and questioned the other about why “no whip” hadn’t been included. The second employee responded, “Well, she didn’t say that.” Since I was still standing there, I politely said, “I’m sorry—usually they ask.”

As I left, I heard them say something and laugh. I don’t know if it was about me, but if not, it was about someone else—because that’s exactly what had been happening while I waited an unreasonable amount of time for my order.

I’ll give this location one more try, possibly on a weekday, since my best experiences here have been during that time.

I love coming here. The staff are all young, smart, empowered people and give great service. Today a guy came in. He was a total coward, picking on one of the staff, Ms. Chalsea (I’m sure I butchered he name), and throughout the ordeal she maintained her dignity while not returning his disgusting energy. I applaud her and hope she continues to do well. All of them. Peace.
