Went through drive thru. Associates were friendly. Fish was greasy and hard. Fries were luke warm. Hush puppies were soft and good. I’ll probably consider another location for food.

I have ordered 2; 5 piece tender with mashed potatoes and gravy with a biscuit and drink. I have tried calling this store Atleast 10x regarding my issue and only get a busy signal. Anyways my order ended being 1; 5 piece chicken tender with macaroni and cheese (not my mashed potatoes and gravy. Along with a 3 piece tender and Macaroni and cheese and both the drinks were extremely watered down. Now I can’t get anyone to answer the phone (my daughter already ate her biscuit lol)

Terrible food, happened more than once but not anymore. I hate complaining but just a heads up to check your food folks. My fish was so burnt most of it was empty lol. Cold fries, gave me a fork for no reason and didn’t give me napkins. Food tasted burnt as can be clearly they just re dropped instead of making new. Beware

As of January 15th 2026 I write this review extremely not happy spent $20 got two combos to fish was extremely greasy as well as the chicken chicken rock hard could barely even eat it freeze forget it might as well throw them to the damn pigeons if there was any the only thing that I would say was halfway decent would be the hush puppies tried to call the store rang multiple times no answer no doubt anyways if you’re in the area definitely avoid disestablishment horrible horrible horrible will never eat there ever again

Sold us food so burnt and old you couldn’t even bite into it. Go back to get my money back and they refuse. Insist on making more food, so left waiting for over 35 min for them to hand us food even worse than the 1st time. Every car that went through the drive thru that night had to come back for some reason. And they locked the door because so many people were complaining!

Old chicken old fries fresh biscuit the biscuit was the best thing I ate. Im highly disappointed with the quality of food served OTD. Update, IDK how long its been since I actually got what I ordered. Everytime they either substitute food (without asking) ,forget something or serve old cold food. Today I was told the dining room was closed after waiting at the counter 10 minutes and noone around. I did order inside but 1 wings didn’t have meat on it and service wasn’t as expected
