The food was disgusting. The hash round things were gummy and vile and the bacon egg and cheese croissant was obviously just microwaved leaving the croissant inedible. The only decent things were the donuts but the food itself was just awful and a total ripoff. The staff was friendly and prompt but they don’t make up for the disappointment in the overpriced slop.

Lousy service, 1 strip of burnt bacon, old croissants and cold eggs and cheese. Ordered twice and both times lousy. And to top it off we got ignored for 5 minutes while cashiers held private conversations about their night

this Duncan is never really that busy, there’s no drive-through and usually only one worker working, but they are always pleasant. They make fantastic ice coffees, and the donuts are fresh.

This please is dirty, the employees are rude. And it appeared that one of the employees had there child in there sitting at the only table to sit at. The child had his iPad/computer watching cartoons. They had several things not available, they could not make anything with eggs because they were frozen. They were more concerned about complaining that they were tired, and getting upset with other customers when they were taking to long to figure out what they wanted since what they wanted was not available.. I have been to this location one other time as well with very similar experience.

Morning staff normally nicer but the afternoon girl claims no whip cream for this caramel frozen coffee. Really? Then I said ok gave a good day…. silence… if someone is truly being nice…have the courtesy to fake it at least!!

Went in for coffee and doughnut holes. I was the only customer and saw 2 people working. I guess they didn’t want to be there as it appeared I interrupted their “break”. Didn’t try a doughnut hole until on the way home, and it was hard as a rock! I am not exaggerating… when I say rock hard, that is exactly what I mean. As was the next and the next. Had to throw them all out. Will NOT return to this location.

Although the staff that they do have is awesome they do seem to be struggling with understaffing. I have a longer wait time than I would like there. The donuts are okay. Coffee seemed a little bit on the burnt taste side.

Clean, friendly and upbeat environment. Alway make my drinks to perfection! Has hot, iced and frozen coffees, as well as lattes & macchiatos, smoothies, coolattas, fruit iced teas, bottles drinks etc. So many flavors and varities to choose from, the possibilities are endless! Fresh & delicious donuts, warm croissants, sandwiches, snacks and bagels etc. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Downside, no drive thru.
