If I could give this place zero stars, I WOULD. I had a HORRIBLE customer service experience. The person that I had to deal with was extremely rude and sarcastic. It is hard to believe that they could be employed anywhere. Then after pulling forward to wait on my order, I had to get out of my car and go inside to get the sauces and ketchup that were left out of the bag. When I requested the ketchup, they claimed that they did not have any. I reported this location as having horrendous customer service and I really hope they are dealt with. The place needs to be shut down. They do not deserve to get money from hard working people.

Mess up orders every time I go there. Today, I ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches with cheese, I added tomatoes and extra pickles. I had no tomatoes nor pickles on them. AWFUL!!!

I have been disappointed by this burger King before but as another person said, they served me molded bread on my whopper. I happened to turn the burger and found mold on the bread!! I will never return to this Burger King and may give up Burger King for good. It was the last fast food place I go to but maybe this is a sign to give them all up.

This place has gone straight into the gutter. I grew up in walking distance to this burger king, so I’ve been going to this exact one for half a century now, & I’ve watched it go through many changes. But this latest change is just them giving up in my opinion. It’s dirty, the staff seems more concerned with talking to each other rather than the customers, & the food has become basically inedible. Also, & I may be wrong about this but it’s just the impression I was given, but it seriously looked to me & another customer I spoke with while waiting for our order to be taken. like someone got them a management position & then began hiring all of their friends & relatives

No, cars, nobody I started to order.I asked for the two duo orders.I said well, we could get the trio.The lady was rushing me being very obnoxious.Not only that, she sided when I told her I wanted the trio order.. So the girl with the brown contacts always has an attitude when I come through the drive thru. Today I had a simple orderthe $5 duo. I was asking about a frozen drinks cotton candy to be specific and she started smacking her teeth saying they don’t have that. So I was asking my daughter which 1 she wanted. The girl proceeds to keep saying we don’t have that with attitude so I ask what do you have. Again she answers back with sarcasm then when I give my response they refused to serve me until I went inside I explained to the manager the situation and come to find out she told her not to serve me because I gave them the same energy that was given to me. After all that I got my food The customer service and not good at all. I used to go there about 4 times a week but never again until they get new managers and workers

Went there and ask if the fiery chicken sandwich came with Mayo, since I can’t stand it, and was assured it came with no Mayo. And best believe it had Mayo on both of them. I then proceeded to call them multiple times and no one even answered the phone. Very disappointed in everything about this.

Ordered drive thru. Lady at the speaker guided me into specials and what fit me best. Today 5pc french toast sticks combo meal with vanilla iced coffee. Friendly service fast drive thru. Hot food.mostly tasty. Military discount. Next time, ketchup would be nice…and a receipt.
