Sorry the photo shows half-eaten food! I was THAT excited to dive in! The vibe in the place is great, very positive. The food options are really nice for a non-chain establishment (herbed AND spicy chicken? Yes, please!). The portion sizes for what you pay is also really good. It’s an overall great place to eat.

The Burrito Shack is our favorite restaurant in Murray. Every time we visit our daughter- we have to check out the Shack. The ingredients are high quality and tasty. I love the salsa bar – feeling the heat of the habanero is so fun. We sat outside today with our dog – and were entertained with students practicing dancing across the street – fun stuff. We love the proximity to the University- keeps it young and fun. I hope you have the pleasure of visiting the Shack when you make it to Murray!

Burrito Shack in Murray, Kentucky is hands down one of the best spots we’ve ever eaten at. The workers were absolutely incredible—some of the kindest and most energetic people I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. Smiles all around and such a positive vibe from the whole team. The kids had a blast tossing coins into the fountain/wishing well, which was such a fun and unique touch. Great food, even better people. Can’t wait to come back!

Yassssss. I grew up in Southern California so I’m (allegedly) picky with my Mexican food. These guys are my favorite burrito place around because the ingredients are fresh and it’s as close as I can get to what I’m used to. The burritos are HUGE. The salsas are always good. The prices aren’t going to be the cheapest in town, but you’re getting good quality and good portions.
There is a sign on the door requiring masks, the table are spaced, and there is sanitizer and masks available for everyone. The employees all wear masks properly and the place is squeaky clean.
I will definitely be back.

Delectable flavors and friendly service. This buffet style restaurant has it all. You can choose from 10″-12″ tortilla’s; flour, tomato-basil, spinach, wheat & jalapeno-cheddar. You can fill that with veggies, egg, sausage, bacon and/or steak for breakfast; veggies, chicken, steak, groundbeef and pork for lunch. Try the same options on Tacos. My favorite add on is the grilled mushrooms and grilled peppers/onions.The Salsa Bar is something special that perfectly complements the Nacho chips. You can finish with a delicious dessert that includes Fried Ice Cream, cheesecake or churro. Topped with your choice of chocolate, caramel or raspberry. Bring your kids and let them enjoy a full kids menu!
