Ordered almost 70$ in food on their mobile app to be delivered. They were out of the pasta I ordered, but I was never refunded. I had also ordered garlic pepper bread for all of my sandwiches and did not get it. I was also missing multiple toppings on every sandwich. Since I never got a refund or fixed food I emailed and was told someone would reach out to me but it’s been over a week. I love Goodcents in KC but the one on St Joe is trash at customer service and food quality.

It really saddens me to write this review, because I love Goodcents however I had a messed up order they offered to replace one sandwich out of three, one sandwich had barely anything on it. It was pretty much all bread. The other sandwich they gave me was not even the sandwich I ordered nor did it have anything on it other than cheese and a few peppers. The third sandwich was made exactly how it was ordered. The sandwich they remade was still wrong even though I stated on the fourth phone call that was answered what the sandwich was suppose to be and have on it then even repeated it back to them when I got there to have it remade.

i placed a doordash order here tonight. i placed my order at 8:25. they stopped accepting orders at 8:40 because they close at 9. my dasher gets there at 8:48 and they are completely closed lights off and door locked. i was only able to get a $5 refund from doordash which wasn’t even 1/4 of the money i spent just to get nothing.

I don’t think they’ve ever got my order correct. Which is probably a total of 10ish orders over the last 3 years. You’d think it would be easy for them when it’s all typed up in a mobile order. I don’t understand what the problem would be. All the sandwiches are made wrong and any sides ordered have to be asked for because they just seem to forget them? It sucks because they taste better than subway but if you’re not getting the sandwich you ordered, it kind of ruins any enjoyment. 🙁 I wish it wouldn’t happen every single time.

I order two 8″ subs. I order an “good cents original ” and a “Chipotle cheese steak”. Both sandwiches were pretty good. I had the garlic and pepper bread. The price was reasonable. I pad almost 18.00 for both. I added olives, lettuces, banana peppers, tomatoes. Everything including the bread tasted fresh, nice and soft. Customer services was real good too.
