We love Wendy’s. Unfortunately this one has left a bad taste in our mouth (literally). We are true frosty lovers. For years we have enjoyed every frosty from Wendy’s around the nation. Two weeks ago we had our normal frosty craving and went to get several for our family. Unfortunately these had a bad taste. They tasted nothing like the ones we are use to from years of consistently tasting the same. I thought it was just me but, I noticed we all left them in the freezer.
Second bad experience was this morning. There was only 3 people in line and I ordered two sausages biscuits. It took them 20 minutes, with no apology or anything. Others were just as frustrated. Very disappointing.

Love going to Wendy’s. But unfortunately The staff sucked. My double stack $5 dol burger sucked. It was like am did not show up with pride that day, burger was gross soggy I had ask for extra lettuce and the gv me a CB little tiny leave, no tomatoes my burger was cold, my fries we in the refrigerator, my nuggets an that was just mine burger not to mention my husbands. Did we say any thing yes but still came back the same. No change….uuuugh come on ppl instead of standing around talking nonsense mk the food hot. That’s why I go eat at a restaurant to pay for hot food.

I went in at 650ish am on 1/15/25
The lady working the drive through was SO respectful, kind and sweet!!! They were a little busy but the staff were on top of everything and getting people’s orders taken care of immediately! The food as always delicious!!

Waited 15min for fast food breakfast…nobody in the place. Who is running this place. They move all of the drive thru customers up or to a mobile spot to keep their times good but they aren’t actually providing the food. Hope the owner sees how his customers will be going to other options.

The food was good and the service was fast. The ghost pepper saucy nuggets were good but could use more sauce on top to be considered saucy. Overall, highly recommend.

I visited this location for the first time today. I like Wendy’s when it is done well, and some locations just don’t care. This one was excellent! I went through the drive-thru today and ordered a Dave’s single and small fry. The burger was hot and fresh, and the patty was well-seasoned! Wendy’s fries are my favorite when fresh and salted—and these were. The young man at the window was fast, kind, and courteous. Well done Wendy’s.

Went in tonight only customer in restaurant. Ask young lady at counter what the difference was in a couple sandwiches only to find out she was new and didn’t know. Have no problem with a new person but ask for help.

Then young man behind counter ask me “what’s your problem “. I replied I don’t have a problem just was wondering what difference in sandwiches were. He explained with a huge ego and attitude.

I then asked for manager with the young man still mouthing. Young lady came over said she was the GM. I explained to her what happened and she stated the young man was there to train the new employee. As I attempted to explain to her that was not going on with the trainee.

Then my wife advised me that a young man behind was filming the conversation on his phone. I turned around to have a conversation about him filming me without my consent. Then out of no where here comes this Wendy’s employee out of the corner wanting to get involved.

I went to ask him his name as no one there has name tags to include the GM. The GM at that time asked me to leave which I gladly did.

Where us customer service today. The fact that these young kids can bully up to customers and not be disciplined is out of control. To speak to customers rudely and feel that is an entitlement is wrong. Where are the standards for these large corporations. Like Wendy’s but this location is short lived with this kind of service

I got the chili there10-30-2025 yesterday and I was so sick with throwing up and having bad stomach ache and diarrhea. I’m never buy that product again. And I called and talked to the manager and she just said ok. No apologies bad management there.

I’m not a local, I’m from upstate New York, here visiting. Never would I have thought of reviewing a fast food restaurant. I was actually turned off from the late night food choices that were available to me because I typically avoid fast food. I’ve eaten at Wendy’s before in the Northeast, NY, NJ, CT, PA, etc…
I figured they all served the same food!
Won’t be anything different about this place.
First impression, wow, the parking lot is clean. Woo, the windows and doors are super clean. I could actually see clearly through the glass! Inside was no different, super clean. The only difference is from what I’m used to. This Wendy’s is nothing like my experiences that I’m accustomed to from my area in the Northeast. The food doesn’t compare either. I was so impressed with the quality of the food.
I have to assume that Wendy’s chain distributes the same food to all its restaurants.
So what sets this place apart from the Wendy’s in NY and all the Northeast?
The People (workers)
It must be the people!
I want to leave this review and a sincere thank you to the employees for going above and beyond and taking pride in what you do.
To anyone reading this and thinking it’s just average and typical fast food… you won’t find this anywhere in the New England area!
