Food was fresh off the grill, the fries were crispy, and the guy that took my order was very friendly too. Got the BLT Frisco, Angus Burger with a coupon, best meal ever, first bite was welcoming and nothing was left off, would go again

everytime i visit this location i find a fair in my food. recently i ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit from here and later discovered a small hair fried into my egg. i was completely disgusted and i couldn’t believe it. the atmosphere was pretty clean but i guess some workers aren’t taking the pro cautions that are needed.

My wife ordered me a double cheeseburger and small fries. The cheeseburger was Luke warm and was terrible as was the fries. I took it back in order for them to redeem themselves with a better burger and I got the same miserable burger. Both burgers I through in the trash and mentioned to the staff that the food was terrible. I do not recommend this venue as the food was atrocious.

Burgers were very dry almost old tasting, fries felt like chewing on rubber straws. Service has absolutely zero personality which is a shame, that’s one thing I look forward to the most at any restaurant. Atmosphere was absolutely nasty, when me and my wife pulled up there were no customers or anyone in the drive thru, noticing the floors were dirty as can be, tables with food remnants, seems they had time to atleast sweep the floors or something. This was just overall not a good visit.

I was at Hardees today and i was in drive thru at 10:30am so I knew it was lunchtime. When i started ordering, the employee cut me off, giggled,and said “lunch starts at 10:45″….so i said “ok” so i drove around to the front and called the store and a lady picked up the phone. I asked her what time did lunch start, and she said “10:30” so i said ok and hung up. Went into the store and asked that same employee what time did lunch start. He said “10:45” and gave me a smirk in my face. So i asked to speak to the manager. And the manager had to tell him it was 10:30…smh…

I’ve been to this establishment three times total within the last month and each time I have gotten poor service. The quality of the biscuits on one occasion was simply horrible. On two other occasions in the afternoon, lunch was a disaster. The fries are NEVER made fresh to order. If I could rate zero stars I most certainly would. There used to be a breakfast club of elderly people that would gather there in the mornings. Let’s just say they’ve long stopped doing so.

Very rude customer service, even when you struggle to hear a person, you don’t get rude with the customer or rush their order(s). What makes matters worse is it sounded like a manager came on the speaker, trying to tell us they couldn’t hear the order. So, we said it a little louder for them, then proceeded to not let us finish our order once they finally heard the first part of the order. Do better with handling customers!!

Service slow. They gave our order to someone else and when I asked about our order there was no apology just that it had been given out already. After we finally got our order after an additional 10 minutes, the double cheeseburger was DRY and not all that hot so it had been ready for some time. I should have taken a picture because it was squashed and not at all what I expected…but we were hungry. Also, there was a continuous beeping and when I asked about it I was told that they didn’t know what it was ..but I could tell it was coming from the drink dispenser. This was NOT a good experience.
