I have been to this taco bell twice and will never go back!! Food was old and cold! Barely any meat just lettuce and tomato’s. I ordered 2 beef chalupas tonight and the tortillas were hard as a rock! Don’t ever waste your money at this Taco Bell!

Super disappointing, we went out of our way since the taco bell at 21st and rock cant get a single order right, turns out this one can’t either. I got lettuce on my taco after requesting none, I got the queso but no chips and the ice had melted in our drinks since they made them the instant the order came in.

I came in the drive through yesterday October 9th around 6-7 oclock and I asked the lady to give us one second I was asking my wife what she would want since there was no nacho fries, the lady in the speaker she had a bad nasty attitude, rushing me when I was trying to order and then she replied with what do you want don’t come here if you can’t decide. I got to the window and she was on her phone the whole time she opens the window I asked her for hot sauce and she rolled her eyes and shut the window in my face, I told her I asked her previously for sauce at the speaker, her reply was “oh well.”she opened the window to only hand me one packet of hot sauce for 2 combos and she was smoking something as she blows the smoke in my car.. Very unprofessional behavior and very disrespectful. She needs to be fired. She looked young, she was Caucasian and her eyebrows looks drawn on.

Cold rude employee at drive thru. Food was dumped in bag and made a mess. Had to go back in and got eye rolls for reporting the issue. I had no confidence in ordering food after the attitude I detected from employee and asked for a refund. I wonder if my card will actually be refunded….

THE WORST FAST FOOD STORE IN WICHITA! Drive thru Serivce was terrible, bad attitudes, no customer service skills the Lady Working the drive through was rude! The FOOD if you can call it food I wouldn’t feed it to my 4 dogs! Our order was incorrect, the tortillas for the burritos and for the crunch were so hard it was really a tortilla chip, the beef was turning white bc it was so old, their was 3 pieces of chicken in our Chalupas, pop was flat like they needed to change it, and Sabrina the store manager, was very unprofessional, disrespectful, yelled over the top of me when I was explaining the situation. We live in Goodard Ks, and I just asked for a refund of my $30 order that we had to throw away and she said “yay you gotta bring yo stuff back” WHAT who in their right mind gave you a MANAGEMENT POSITION??? I took pictures and I WILL are calling Corporate completely unacceptable! If I could rate it a zero I would

Never seen so much grease in a taco, also paid for added steak on the steak grilled cheese and didn’t even seem wasn’t even cooked all the way it wasn’t even regular amount of steak in the burrito, also pretty much got grease with a side of soft taco. I’ll stick to derby and mulvane taco bells, won’t be back to this location. All I can say is pure nasty…

There is a lady who was working thrive thru on 08/19/2025 she was a Spanish young girl didn’t get her name but she was working drive thru and she was good at it food was fresh and came out fresh and hot out the window and she is so friendly and she had those orders ready and ready to hand out… great job and great job your a very good worker….
