*Called back and I hope I heard it right, had a bad connection but her name is Shiana!

I can’t remember the new girl’s name, I’m so sorry, but she was the absolute sweetest! Today was her first day, she made sure I got my order and she wasn’t sure how to answer my question but she found someone who did. I hope she has a wonderful day and just know she’s amazing. That was such a nice interaction after getting off work.

Also the wraps were amazing, and husband enjoyed his 3pc meal. Everything was fresh. Would come back again

The only reason we still come here is because it’s convenient on way home from work. The customer service is always horrible the manager in the Evening is an absolute miserable . On one occasion they were telling everyone they had to park and come in to order . I had ordered online after working 14 hours and she wasn’t hearing anything and refused to serve me at the window screamed at me and slammed the window in my face. (Mind you I didn’t raise my voice wasn’t rude just politely explained I ordered online for the convenience of Not coming in ) I had to put my car in park until finally one of the employees finally handed me my food out the window.. so then we have given it two more times since this occasion and both times same terrible attitude , I don’t know how you can be so rude to your customers when your job title is customer service .. I cannot believe upper management has let this go on for this long this lady’s attitude needs to be handled. We have spent a lot of money at this place between personal orders and work orders and I think at this point we refuse to spend out hard earned money to employ people who treat their customers like trash. Do better Popeyes

Time is out way before my order time and the chicken you can look at it and see it’s old, so I was pulled tonight to sit and wait because this manager just wanted me to because it wasn’t to prepare our food ??!!!

Not much chicken a whole lot of breading Don’t get the macaroni and cheese it’s not very good also double check your order before you drive off because mine wasn’t right. The employees are sweet though it’s not their fault….

I’ve never been to any restaurant or fast food place that consistently takes so long to make the simplest of orders. We constantly go here because it’s so convenient but the people just sit in the back on their phones while I’m sitting outside for 40 minutes every time waiting for my meal.
Update, got my food and my biting through my chicken sandwich is like biting through rubber. It’s rock hard. This place is unreal we go here constantly and are disappointed every time.

Manager today 02/13/2026 around 1:30pm yelled at the young lady at the drive thru because her restaurant that she manages did not have what I ordered. I asked the young lady who is always professional and kind a question that she then asked her manager. Instead of the manager remaining professional knowing that I can see her eating at her desk decided to yell at the young woman for a simple question and continued to yell at her while looking at me , the customer, discussing my order. Not professional at all nor appropriate to yell at a young staff member like that at anytime for any reason.

Went through the empty drive through because it was pouring for my a popcorn shrimp and 3 piece tender meal. Got to the window and asked for some napkins because I got soaked along with the inside of my car trying to order and was given attitude from the girl in the window then was told to pull around to the side where the handicap door is to wait for my order no receipt was given to me just the drinks thrown in my hand I waited outside for 20 minutes as it was pouring raining I then had to get out of my car and go inside to ask about my order the front counter and drive-through lady proceeded to give me attitude after five minutes of standing there I was finally able to get my order and of course a food item was missing out of the bag I’m glad I checked it after all I did come here in the pouring rain for a customer service and going through the drive-through was pointless because I had to go inside anyways

Why is it always an issue at this Popeyes ?!? They lady’s always have a nasty attitude and when you give it back they have the biggest balls to get big and loud, Like ain’t the customer always right ? Should be no reason for the customer to hear the bullshit coming out your mouth at the screen, I placed a mobile order pulled up and said I have a mobile order the lady going to say it’s been 4 minutes.. pulled to the window no Mac and cheese was available after I paid for Mac. I said extra fries she closed the window and decided to speak to the other worker there. Got my food and guess what missing the ranch that I paid 25 cents for EACH. Go back around and stand at the window till we make eye contact she drops her cleaning towel and walks over with an attitude opens the window and says nothing. I told her the ranch I paid for ? She closed the window no words said from her at all… I’m otp talking saying how rude they are and she comes back hears what I said and said your the one with the attitude I’m sorry but you got me messed up, don’t know customer service have a nasty attitude. What happened to the customer is right not always but definitely when you’ve been nice. Cold friends cold pies just don’t care at all

I am writing to express my experience that happened tonight (12/13 at around 5:30pm at the Tavares location). I don’t understand why this location is advertising the Popeyes FNAF 2 collab meal. The girl at the drive through said it’s discontinued and no longer served. Which I am fine with it being discontinued if that was true. However why is it on the sign underneath the Popeyes sign advertising while you are driving on road 19 saying “FNAF meal $7.99”. When I pulled up through the drive through that had multiple pictures and prices for the meal for FNAF collab with two different ones and prices. Why is it on your digital menu board and advertise all around this location if it is discontinued and not offered. Please don’t advertise something and not have it. I understand being out of it due to popularity, but to advertise it and say it’s discontinued does not make sense.I am really dissatisfied and disappointed.
Update: Also to add you can order this meal at the Tavares location on the app. How come we can’t get it at this restaurant “it’s disconnected” then make it make sense please.

The days of getting what you paid for are long gone, and that’s a shame. The food you get (it won’t be what you ordered. Know that going in) is delicious

But $14.79 for a Tender combo gets you the tiniest drink you’ve ever seen, a quite small side, and none of the sauce you requested.

If it wasn’t for how amazing the chicken is I’d swear this place off for good.

Update for Mngt 10/4/25:
To be clear, interactions with Staff have always been positive. They are kind, and mean well. But order accuracy has been a regular issue, and that’s good because it’s a solvable problem.
Portions sizes for the sides and drinks are on Popeyes, not the staff. I haven’t been shorted, I just believe the sizes are too small for the cost.

I asked for a 5 peice tender box and got a 3, it started with me pulling up to the drive through and then was greeted with “what do you want” I ordered then moved up to the window. I will say kind of amazed how the drive thru cashier did even face me but to hand me my drink otherwise the whole transaction was done behind her back. Then was asked to pull around to the mailbox, I was behind another drive thru customer and waited my turn for the food to come out. When it came to my turn the employee came out swinging my bag of food around and handed it to me, I asked if there was sauce in the bag since they charged me for sauce. No response so I check my bag and I went in to ask for the sauce and have about 5 people inside and lots of eye contact to then have someone ask me whats wrong. Please mind you the manager I think? Was out in the parking lot yelling on her phone since I pulled up on the property. And then get home to see that I was shorted on my food. Honestly I usually wouldnt care but a 30 minute wait and 16$ for 3 tenders is a little outrageous. Only positive was the strawberry lemonade was cold, but so was the food.
