Maggie was fantastic as our server. She was attentive and funny. Our food came out timely and hot. The food was amazing. I had the marinated chicken, my mom had the fettuccine Alfredo, which she described as, “light and not too heavy of a sauce.” My aunt and uncle and the veal and fish. They thoroughly enjoyed them. We will definitely be back. Thank you to Maggie for a pleasant experience.

Typical Scranton nonsense
Food LOOKS good and plating is half a star at best
Does not taste fresh and managerial staff are amongst the rudest ever. Mind you I have been in the resturant industry for about 20 years.
Not sure how this place has been open for 20+ years after the original owners passed away
I would recommend something else, if the prices here were cheaper than maybe ok but way too overpriced.
By the mall in downtown Scranton there are wayyyy better restaurants similar styles

I frequently attend my family’s standing reservation on Monday evenings, and it is always a pleasure. Even when the place is packed to the gills, they manage to hold it down and run a smooth service with grace.

You Need To Know? Had dinner reservations for 5:00 at this beautiful Italian restaurant. This fine dining experience was fairly priced & the food was delicious. We enjoyed the chicken cordon blue, chicken cutlets with a garlic cream sauce & the chicken saltimbucca. All dishes were very well presented & flavorful. Place was celebrating 50 years in business & we can understand why. Now You Know!

Love this place. Food is always excellent, and the spinach salad with the warm dressing is to die for. Service is top notch and the waitresses are always friendly, as is the bartender, who makes very good drinks. The atmosphere was warm and cozy, and I only have one little complaint (the nats); they seem to always be around when your dining.

While out of town, I stopped in at this restaurant for dinner. I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and was greeted and sat at the bar. David was my bartender. I started with the vodka martini, and then I had a glass of red wine. Both were great! For my meal, I got the stuffed red snapper special and it looked great! When I dug in, it was very tasty and filling. I definitely enjoyed my experience!

Fantastic service from Louise ! Incredible food from appetizers through the main course that ended with dessert and coffee. Our dining experience from the time we walked in the door until we left was a 10 out of 10 !! Excellent service ! Excellent food ! Excellent atmosphere !

I love Sibio’s! It isn’t too expensive at all for a nice Italian restaurant. I’ve been here a few times and I get something different every time. I am always happy with my choices. They can sub GF pasta for all entrees as well, which is nice. Always a solid choice for dinner!
