so I ordered a large matcha latte with whipped cream and a cup of ice on the side i got half the matcha drink. little to no ice. no straw and then to top it off the drink tastes. nothing like matcha just ice cold almond milk thank you dunkin doughnuts The worst ever. looks like I’m going to have to try out try out something else because I could have made this at home and it would have tasted way better

Why would you wait until I am at the window, after placing my order and waiting in line that you don’t take 100 dollar bills? It’s legal tender at everywhere else. Then proceed to ask me to go get change and come back. I don’t have all day, that’s why I was in the drive through in the first place.

There are better options in the area for quick coffee. They take a little long to make your order and the taste was not great. Wouldn’t exactly recommend unless you’re just a die hard Dunkin person

Horrible place, we got here 50 minutes before closing on a Sunday, they had already started to close. Coffee was cold, when we said something about it they rolled they’re eyes and went back and got us a lukewarm Coffee. So we left the place and left the coffee there.

It’s absolutely amazing. My husband went out to Rockingham today to go to the local Lowes. He decided to bring me a little treat of a turkey sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin. As he gets home, I look before I even take a bite and both have MOLD on the english muffin. Are you all not even looking at it? I’m blown away that this was even served.

I’ve gone in this store once or twice to receive a doordash order and I’ve always been met with smiley and sweet employees. I’ve gone through the drive thru several times for my own personal treats, I’m from the West coast and I love the energy drinks from Dutch bros. Dunkins Energy drinks are the closest I get to that here on the East coast and I’m forever grateful.
Today, my wife and I came through the drive thru (around 2:00pm) spent quite awhile for our order to be taken and received but there were only two employees working (as far as I can see) and at least 4 cars in front of us so I’m not complaining instead complimenting how fast and efficient these two worked and still met us with great customer service where most employees elsewhere (laurinburg location is notorious for this) would not be so kind. I believe our cashier was Maria (as said on top of receipt), great job girls! I’m so happy to have a nice coffee shop to go to when I feel like having a treat, makes this place feel more like home. & the inside of this place is incredibly cute.

Waited 22 minutes in the drive thru for 2 cold brews. Should ha e taken a minute. When we finally got to the window they didn’t know what I had ordered and ask what I wanted. Worse drive thru.
