Update! Hello My Foodies! If I didn’t stress enough on my last review this place is delicious and the owners are excellent. If you are in the area you have to go here and give them a try. I promise you won’t regret it. They have Mexican street corn people! It was so gooood! I forgot to take a picture of it. But I’ll get it on the next visit. And the prices are so affordable.

Hello my Foodies,
I’ve been a busy girl this week and on some adventures with my friends. We decided on Mexican food and found this cozy little place in Little
Ferry NJ. It was rated 4.6 stars, and it’s BYOB. I have to say everything we ordered had a great flavor and everyone had a smile on their face while eating their meal. The server assured us that the food would be great and he was correct. I really liked the decor and the service was very friendly and welcoming. For parking they don’t have a parking lot so you have to park in the street but it’s free to park. I would definitely recommend if you are in the area.

We put our car in for minor bodywork in a shop across the street and decided to try this little restaurant. It was a good decision.

Jamaica was not overly sweet

Tortilla was crunchy. I’m not a fan of refried beans but hubby loved it. Once I got salsa, I enjoyed the tortillas more.

Huachinango a la Veracruzana was red snapper in a tomato based sauce, this dish was delicious! Would go back for this again.

Victoria’s Tostones with Shrimp was just what hubby wanted. Plenty of plantains and the shrimp were deliciously flavored.

It’s a small place. But the decor makes you feel like you might be in a small Mexican town.

Mom-and-pop restaurant in Little Ferry NJ. Very cultural decoration, colorful and vibrant plants, animal statues, sombreros etc.

Food is great. Very flavorful and fulfilling. Love the coconut shrimps and Cali burrito with shrimp. Strong cheese and sour cream flavor.

It was just the mom running the front and maybe a chef or 2 in the kitchen. Some waiting time to get the food. She was very nice and friendly. Definitely was making sure we got all we needed.

My family and I frequently come here.
Staff is very welcoming, the ambience is warm and the food is excellent. Either Tacos, Burritos, Chimichangas or anyhting that you try in their menu is always very flavorful, and I loved their Mango tomato salad.
A Wonderful experience every time we visit!

I’m from the Southwest US and typically cannot find quality Mexican on the East Coast. I came here after dropping my kid off at Metlife for a concert And was starving after a long day. I was blown away how good the food was.

We came here for a Saturday family lunch. It’s a small restaurant but very pretty inside. They did an amazing job of adding colors, vibes, arts and plants to make it a cozy place to dine. They gave a complimentary plate of chips and beans while we were settling down.

The menu had pretty much all types of Mexican dishes. We started with coconut shrimp that was really good, even better was the mango sauce that came with it. We got the 4oz side of guacamole, freshly made, very tasty. I wished it had little but more citrus and salt.

For entrée, I ordered the chicken and shrimp fajita. It came with 4 soft fresh tacos. There was cheese, pica and sour cream and avocado slices. The chicken and shrimp were on a sizzling hot skillet pan. Loved the flavor of all of it. It was a big dish for one person the finish.

We had a wonderful service. The lady seemed to be running the kitchen and the tables. She was very friendly. She let our daughter take Sombrero hat from the wall and take it a picture.

Amazing!!!A must try! My boyfriend and I ordered take-out from here for Cinco De Mayo. The food was excellent. We had such a lovely meal. The chips that came with the chips and guacamole appetizer are so fresh and they last for a few days! They stay crispy! The atmosphere is small and cozy with colorful interior decorating and design. My only complaint is towards our take-out bill: We spent about $100 on just the two of us. Other than that, I highly recommend trying this place. I think we have found our new favorite Mexican restaurant.

Great atmosphere, very friendly and family oriented. Attentive staff who ensured we had everything we wanted and our order was just what we wanted. Free chips and salsa! The food was great, spices were spot on.

My husband had the Al Pastor & chicken tacos and I had the beef quesadilla with a side of guacamole. The Al Pastor taco was my favorite! It reminded me of eating siapao with the sweetness. I also like the beef quesadilla because there were only the meat and the cheese. Other places I’ve been to add many onions and things I didn’t want in my quesadilla. The only complaint I have of my meal is the guacamole. It was $3 which was great for that size but I tasted the lime more than the avocados. They added way too much lime. Overall, the food was great.

We were craving Mexican food and decided to try this place out. We should have walked right out since there was a weird smell and no one inside.

The staff are friendly but the food was okay. The nachos were good but a very small portion. The tacos were alright and the chicken quesadilla wasn’t anything too special.

This place is overpriced but nothing that special.
