Went there today to get a coffee and a couple of donuts did not get neither inside the donut case there were 2 bees flying around and on the donuts especially the ones with sugar on it…told the manager and she said she knew but there was nothing she could do when I told her the Bourne board of health would not be too happy if I reported it she said I only work here why wouldn’t the owner do something about it..bees or no bees it is not healthy or clean having them flying in the donut case period!!!

Service is horrendous at this location. Really no other way to explain it. If you’re looking to start a small business, open a coffee shop in this area! There are plenty of customers looking for decent coffee fast.
This was not an issue of being short staffed, 5 employees were in the place working. It was just disorganized, they’re all bumping into each other, no one seems to know which customer is next or which order to make next. Which is strange… it’s on the board.
The building is large, lots of seating, no one is cleaning up, keeping things tidy in the moment so tables inside and out are subject to whatever the customer leaves behind. But unfortunately that’s the way of things when the staff is behind the counter making orders. Understandable.
Food is fresh, coffee is good.
Just takes 15 minutes to get a cup when you go inside. Focus is Uber intense for the drive thru, it’s long but moving. If you’re an inside customer plan to wait very long same for pickup. Likely your order will be mixed up or lacking.
There is a ton of importance on drive thru only so much that the staff is rude to customers at the counter. Don’t even look at you and are snippy.
Hopefully management eventually figures out a good staffing personality mix that will work better for this location. Nothing else right in the area so it’s a cash cow with little effort (in this case with poor effort).

Got two coffees. The iced one wasn’t mixed at all. The hot with cream, sugar, and a couple ice cubes came out black. Cool. Also the sausage egg and cheese bagel AND the bacon egg and cheese is burnt like how the hell do you mess up literally every piece of an order?

Surprised this morning by the quality of this dunkin trip. This was a drive thru experience. Best dunkin I’ve had in a long time.
Woman taking the order was pleasant and personable.
Guy at the window was great.
Coffees were both mixed and delicious
Hashbrowns were fully cooked.
Sandwiches were cooked perfect not burned in anyway.

I just stopped for a breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee. The staff was so engrossed in personal conversation that they failed to include a straw with the order and apparently forgot to heat up my breakfast sandwich. Disgusting cold breakfast sandwich!

Waited until ALL the drive thru and call in customers were served even though I was there in person first. Then after receiving the drinks I reminded counter person about the pastry I ordered and paid for. I got a blank look so I repeated myself. Bagel? With this order! Oh yeah here you go. Laughing and giggling I know it’s not the end of the world but it is aggravating

This used to be the local Dunkin’s with the best service, now it has the absolute worst service you could imagine. The previous employees were efficient, friendly, and always got your order right. The new employees are constantly trying to give your items to other people and give you things you didn’t order, AND then they also try to send you away without giving you everything you ordered. It’s always the same two girls working there now, and they both just give you a total blank stare the whole interaction. I just sat in the drive thru for almost 40 minutes, and there were only 4 cars there! One of them spent at least 10 minutes crouched behind the counter on her phone the other day while I sat at the drive thru waiting for my items. Truly an incredible level of incompetence on display here.
I’ll go to a different Dunkin’ from now on.

Don’t know why I bothered trying this place again. Very disappointing. Food was unsatisfying and the whole holding the card reader out the drive thru window and saying to the customer “It’s just going to ask you if you want to leave a tip” is rude and makes people uncomfortable. And if you don’t leave a tip be prepared for the passive aggressiveness as they don’t even give you your whole order before saying a fake “Have a great day” These people make a fair wage and need to cut it out.
