Always a line but for a reason, these snow cones are the best in the area. No one can beat them. I recommend the orange, passion fruit and mango flavors with condensed milk. Perfect mix for me at least. You can never go wrong with Mama Rosas.

This place is great and is always busy for a good reason. They are so delicious and we come all the way from Leesburg to eat these. Highly recommend this location. You can’t beat the taste. No other place compares. My favorite is the orange, passion fruit, and mango with condensed milk and tamarindo jelly. It truly hits the spot on these super hot days.
