I went here today the service and the food sucked I ask for made to order crinkle cut fries they were cold I ask for ketchup and Arby’s sauce for my sandwich which was roast beef none in bag I ask the girl at the window for some ketchup and Arby’s sauce she gave me one pack of each. I ask for some more she rolled her sues like I just have you one. She gave me one more sauce packet. No more ketchup but I won’t be back unless yall can do better . We work hard got our money we spend and don’t won’t NO COLD FOOD!!!!

This restaurant is usually amazing. Bad day, less than stellar food. The cashier was pleasant! Extra staff would have lessen the wait.

The bun was dry and seemed old. The roast beef seemed tough as if were the end piece and need to not be served to a customer.

The drive thru police needs some customer service skills. It’s fine if you charge for add ons I don’t mind paying at all but at Least be courteous about it then act like you appreciate the business.

Last week I went and got the cheesesteak sub. There was no peppers or onions. Very little cheese and when I say little you couldn’t tell it had any. I paid $12.47 for a sub and drink. The steak was so bland and a complete waste of money. I get this all the time at the Laurinburg Arby’s about 3 times per week when it was available and it was amazing.

I really hope things change like it used to be or I’m afraid it’ll suffer like many other fast food places is. It’s getting pretty bad!

Went back today (10/09/25)got the macaroni and cheese and I think they just had taken it out of the fridge. It is cold. The cheese is not even warm at all, so unfortunately, I can’t spend any more money at this place until it gets fixed.

So I work part time at autozone about 30 minutes away, and I get off at 9:15 so I had my mom go and pick me up some food tonight. And keep in mind all i’ve ate today is two tacos and I worked 5-9. So you can already imagine how hungry I was when I got off. Well to my surprise when I get home, they gave me crinkle cut instead of curly. And that’s DEF not what my mom ordered. That’s not all, they ordered a blue minute maid and didn’t even receive the right drink. And the lady at the window didn’t even tell them they were out until my mom had paid for it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL if you ask me. If the lady wasn’t sure what my mom had said she should’ve taken her time and got our order right. Completely ridiculous if you ask me. AND their sweet tea isn’t even sweet it’s absolutely disgusting.

Instead of giving fresh Azu sauce they add water to it and it’s practically nothing but water there’s no flavor to it. Whoever is working there at the Rockingham North Carolina location they need to be replaced.

Got a double roast beef which came out quickly. Unfortunately as I started eating driving away the meat clearly did not have the normal Arby’s flavor and despite my hunger I ended up shoving it back into the package and bag and not eating it. That’s a first.

The service was ok nothing extra. We had a Ruben with fries the meat was a bit dry but it was good. We have had great there before. Our table needed to be cleaned you could tell that several people had sat there and ate before us. We seldom eat at Arbys the prices of fast food in general have just gone up while the taste service cleaning decreased. We were there at lunch hour and only 2 people other than ourselves were eating. We will go back we like Arbys every once in a while.

It is sad to watch such a good restaurant go downhill,The food and service years ago were a 5 out 5, now a 1 out of 5 is being generous.Sloppy made, cold, way overpriced.I got a bourbon brisket sandwich for 9 bucks!! They forgot the onion straws,Bacon, and only put a drop of sauce with almost no brisket.When I brought it back the manager said it looked correct and got upset with me when I asked for a refund.There is absolutely no pride at all at this Arby’s. Please don’t go,I never come again and not recommend anyone else either.So So Sad !
