From Thailand With Love Our kitchen is guided by the heart and heritage of all five partners, each proudly born and raised in Thailand. The flavors you experience here are inspired by recipes passed down through our families — dishes we grew up with, shared at our own tables, and carried with us across the world. We are devoted to preserving the true character of Thai cuisine, using fresh herbs, traditional techniques, and authentic ingredients that bring depth, balance, and vibrancy to every plate. More than a meal, our food is a celebration of Thai culture, hospitality, and the belief that cooking is one of the purest ways to share love. It is our honor to welcome you and share a taste of home with you.

In terms of service during our 2nd visit with reservation, our waiter was not bad. I could tell that this place is understaffed, but our waiter was nice and caring otherwise.
My opinion on food as a Thai person:
Shrimp cocktail: Great! The shrimps were nicely peeled and decent size. The lime dressing, seafood sauce, was great. I did wish it was a bit more sour because it was more on the salty side, but overall still great.
Moo ping and yum woon sen : Amazing no notes. Just like how it is back home.
Tomyum nam khon: Initially I was very excited that this place would offer the “nam khon” style of tomyum because it is quite hard to find in the U.S. However, I was quite disappointed after trying it since it is no different than any other lemongrass-style tom yum at other Thai restaurants. It was not bad though, very tomato-ee.
Pad kaprow: Love the fried egg and the taste was good!
Mango sticky rice: the mango was very sour, not sure if this is how it is for other people as well. But since it’s not mango season i guess it is kinda fair. However, I did notice some inconsistency at how thin/thick and the amount of mango for different tables.
Although I’m not a big fan of their service, the restaurant is very pretty. I love the atmosphere here. I could that that everything was nicely curated for a more elevated experience.
My last comment for this review is that I was very excited to try their corn salad and Issan sausage as these 2 items really set them apart from other Thai restaurants. Unfortunately they did not have those menu items in stock during our time there, which was a big bummer. Hopefully they come back in stock soon.
The staff was friendly and attentive, and everything came out quickly. Definitely one of the better Thai spots around Carmel. I’ll be coming back to try more from the menu.
The Pros:
Was greeted at the door.
They are flexible with the menu.
Food quality was amazing
Prices are comparable
Basil fried rice was amazing.
Sticky RICE!
Cons:
None
Amazing and will become a main! Can’t wait to try the Tom Yum Soup!!!
The place was so green that it felt like we were in a forest.
Both cocktails were delicious,
but the pad thai was the best.
The decor is truly beautiful – gorgeous and laid. The plates are one of a kind and beautiful. I had to ask where the got their dinner ware from and they mentioned it being ordered from various places in Asia. Their silverware has the restaurants name on it….all of it does make you feel like fine dining.
Fortunately the service was on par that day with us being greeted by our server David pretty quick. We ordered crispy wontons and spring roll to start with. They were served pretty quick and was hands down absolutely perfect. The spring roll was crispy without losing its structure when you bite onto it. The wonton had perfect amount of meat to pastry ratio.
For our drinks we tried couple of their tropical themed cocktails, however my pandan gimlet didnt have any whiff of pandan. It was tasty though.
The entrees didnt all come out together, which means we all ate at different times. The kids fried rice came out first and was very tasty. The laab salad came out next and was the best laab I have ever had. It took a while before the other two entrees came out – the ginger lover and the thai garlic and pepper curry. The curries were both great and were consumed as fast as possible.
We did leave some appetite for desserts and the kids went with brownie and ice cream and us adults went for the sticky rice. We did check if the mango was going to be bland and the server assured us that the mango was ripe and sweet. However the mango was sour – the sticky rice though was very good. Not a big deal since it was off season mango.
All in all, it was a good dinner and we hope to try other dishes from their menu
