Our group is always pleased with the atmosphere and service at The Basement. Debbie was great! She kept our drinks filled, her genuine kindness and attentiveness to our table was much appreciated. Food came out swiftly and was excellent as always. I highly suggest The Chicken Philly! Ronnie, the bartender is a great guy! Excellent drink knowledge.

We came into The Basement on a Friday night. It was super busy. Debbie was our server. We ordered a pepperoni pizza to share and honestly, it brought me back to my elementary school days. The pizza was absolutely delicious. Our server was running around, trying to take care of every table. Honestly, we were impressed .. She did a great job. I never really make reviews, but I just wanted to shout out Debbie for the fantastic service.

Enjoy this place. Friendly people, solid staff, food is good and importantly it is consistent. Get the wings double-grilled if you like wings. Dom the bartender is excellent! Engaging, efficient, very aware of the bar even while talking with customers. And a great memory. Makes you feel welcomed. She does a great job and makes one want to return.

Started off with an old fashion that was just what I needed to warm up from the cold. I ordered the Gyro philly and fries. Gyro freaking amazing fries just ok but went well as a meal.. I Highly recommend this place if traveling through.. Best stop I’ve had in this state so far

Debbie was our waitress and she was amazing. Great with recommendations. Got the Ruben with the sauce on the side and it was so delicious! Definitely recommend coming in and trying this place. Great atmosphere as well. Definitely ask for Debbie if she is here!

Debbie is the best!! She is amazing!! Our first night out since losing my dad and dog and she made us feel so heard and comfortable. We will always come to the basement thanks to her compassion and great service! 10 out of 10!!

Went there and the food was horrible. Tasted like the food was microwaved from frozen. And the menu is so big, I’m sure I’m not wrong on that assumption. Beers were overpriced as well. I’m questioning the legitimacy of the reviews that are already here since they seem to be inflated with 5 stars each day but the only thing good about about them will be a person mentioning a waiter’s name (just change over to Newest and you’ll see). Also, we had a waitress, young early 20s, who seemed to be the only wait staff for the night for the entire place, so it took awhile to get served everything.

Server was probably the rudest person I have ever had in food business. Told us she knows we will do the right thing and tip her 20 percent. Gave appetizers after entree. Complained about getting us more water. Told us she was too busy. Made a disturbing comment. First persons food came out and mine came out 40 mins after hers and everyone’s food came out 15 minutes in between eachother. I’ve never been more uncomfortable in a restraunt. Complained when we got her as a server bc she was too “busy”. I will be calling a manager because someone needs to talk to this disrespectful woman.

I ordered 4 sliders along with another member of my family. On those sliders we asked for just cheese on them. The sliders came out they had onion and pickle on them so we asked for new ones. They came back out within like 5 minutes and Choi could clearly tell and taste that they just took the onion off and gave us the sliders again. They were cold the fries were cold. We won’t be back.
