Ordered 5 pizzas, was surprised how fast they had them ready. Picked up order, should have checked it…At home noticed 1 pizza was wrong, it was a specialty pizza that was $4 extra. I called and they promptly remade the pizza, expedited it to the top of the list, and even delivered it for free! Also this was a busy holiday night! Fantastic customer service going above and beyond, really appreciate this store.

Trying to order a pizza from Dominoes is like trying to break into Fort Knox. OK, we finally made the order for two, 2 topping pizzas. We first went to Walmart for a few things. The order tracker said it was being made. By the time we were leaving Walmart the tracker said that our pizza was going in the “oven”. I know that their oven has a conveyer that moves the pizza through. So we went to pick it up and sitting in the parking lot, it was not ready. Our son went in to get it and after a short while he came out with the pizzas. We got home to find out that the pizzas were fairly cold. They apparently have no way to keep the pizzas warm until the customer picks them up. One of the pizzas was pepperoni with mushrooms. It literally had one piece of mushroom on each slice. And whoever sliced the pizza did a wacko job! A couple of slices were really large and a couple small. To top it off, the pizzas were really not that good. We asked for the regular sauce and it just didn’t seem like there was very much sauce at all. Something has changed at Dominoes and it’s not good!

8-4-25 update. I ordered a parmesan stuffed crust pizza and it was so good. The quality and speed is amazing. I even got a great deal on it with my pizza points. I got 14 dollars off a 28 dollar order. 28 dollars for one pizza is a lot, but as they say: speed, quality, price. pick 2.
I mostly order delivery and don’t do pickup much, but I’m writing this review because I LOVE their pizza. The sauce is the best part. I think I had like 1 or 2 bad orders the past few years, but I don’t think I should rag on a company for that. I could have been an inexperienced worker putting out a pizza that slipped past QA. The majority of their pizzas that I get are perfect.

This time when we decided to avoid the online hassle and problems that this location has, when went in to order and pick up. When we finally got our food, we repeatedly got the wrong order handed to us. If you want pizza, look elsewhere as it is not worth the time and money to TRY and get what you want from here. Food is still decent, just dont ever expect to get what you want.

I placed a pick up order, app said it was ready, so I went in to pay and pick up my order. When I went in, I paid then was told it would be ready in a few minutes. An hour later I finally got my order, it was sitting on the shelf the ENTIRE time but the staff wasn’t communicating or paying attention to people waiting in the lobby for their orders (I wasn’t the only one with the same situation). So I got cold pizza which really isn’t my favorite. I also ordered extra pepperoni and got what seemed less than even a regular portion.
Your staff needs to communicate better and your supervisor or manager who was locked into a position, not running the shift or paying attention to anything going on, needs some training.

If I could give 0 I would. the line cooks had long hair not put up, and beards without beard nets and as a guy with a beard I know how much little hairs fall out so it’s a pretty discomforting knowing that, and no one in the hole store was waring gloves touching boxes, food, others packing orders in personal clothes, i got my delivery order wrong so I went for my correct order and waited for a solid 30 minutes and after telling the front guy about 3 times the order name and it was sitting in the back on their counter from the time I got there so when they handed me my pizza it was cold and wrong once again. I love dominos but this store in particular I will never go back to. No teamwork and no leadership and tonight definitely showed.

I just would like to say that next time they deliver our pizza. We would appreciate it if they didn’t leave it on the ground. We have a round table where the pizza could have been set on. Not sure who my deliver driver was. But please address it.

Never would I have expected a medium pizza from dominos to take over two hours to arrive. When I called the store an hour after I ordered I was just told they had over 50 pizzas behind in the works and were doing their best. I understand being in the weeds but two hours behind you’ve got to be kidding me. Do better next time please.

I don’t know who’s running the place but clearly needs to be under new management. Try to place an order over the phone charge my card three times still didn’t understand my order. I speak perfect English.(The only language I speak) The place was a shit show food was trash took 45 minutes to get my food never again will I Order from the greenhurst location!!!
