My chicken was dry, rice is very mediocre. I went a few minutes prior to lunch rush and expected them to be ready and have quality food but they were short on sides and all the meat looked insanely dry. Honestly hoped it tasted better than it looked. I definitely won’t spend my money here again.

I’m sorry for this but I usually never leave a review on a place unless it’s really good or really bad. I came in while it was slow at 5:05 PM and ordered a bento box with my husband. It took almost 25 minutes to get our order and there were other people that ordered behind us that got their food way before we did. I understand if it’s a lot of food to make but it was slow up until 5:10 or 5:15 and not even the person behind us got their food but it was 3 people after them that got their food before us. On top of that we did not get any avocado or cucumber or our California roll.

The food is hit or miss. My main issue is the lady cook with the mask. She is downright unpleasant and nasty. I don’t know this person from Adam and she just stares me down every time I swing by for some food. It’s not going to prevent me from going back, but she might not like what I have to say next time I go back.

Very disappointed. I did a DoorDash order shrimp & Chicken and and asked beef, extra shrimp and chicken. All I got when the food arrived was beef and very little shrimp compared to regular portion even though I ordered EXTRA shrimp and who knows if there was even extra Chicken added as well.

I’ve always loved Sarku. Haven’t seen one in a mall for years so when I found this I was ecstatic. The prices are very reasonable, I got a #4 which was teriyaki chicken and shrimp with fried rice. I went around 1245 and the line was moving pretty quickly. The fried rice was fresh and they were making the chicken while waiting.
It did not disappoint. Just remember to ask for extra teriyaki sauce before grabbing your tray.

Very disorganized when taking orders, the line wasn’t even long, got the order wrong. The rice was soggy and gross, how can you mess up rice ? The beef was not good either, the dumplings were cold and hard. If I could give 0 stars I would.
