I really wanted to like this place. It has the potential to be a great place but if it doesn’t make changes quickly, unfortunately it will be another one bites the dust.
Let me start off by saying the entertainment was top notch. I really enjoyed the live music. This was its only saving grace, but that alone will not sustain this place. They obviously are not looking to make money because we got there at 7 and no one came to our table until after 8. My husband ended up going to the bar to get us a drink. A guy finally came and took our order, but he had to be told to take the order at the table in front of us after we got our food and had already eaten. I ordered chicken wings with sauce on side that came out hot and were actually good. My husband ordered wings with sauce on them and they came 10 minutes after mine. He said they were not hot. Why wouldn’t they serve our food together? The fries were luke warm. Once we got our food, we didn’t see our waiter until it was time to pay. No follow up with if we wanted more drinks or anything. Our friend who we shared the table with ended up clearing the table and taking the dishes to the bar. Drinks were actually good. The women’s bathroom stink with empty boxes of toilet seat covers. First impressions and great customer service are everything. The failed at both. Again, wanted to love this place because it’s in my neighborhood and I love live music. Definitely needs some staff training and better management. Would possibly go back with a full stomach and a couple of drinks in my system just for the great music, but I wouldn’t have any other expectations. Do better!!!

I was here last night for a birthday party with my friends and while I think this place has a nice atmosphere and has the potential to be a great spot there’s a lot of work to be done so I’m going to go by category with this review The first thing I want to start off with is service now while the staff wasn’t rude and seem to be very polite they seem very confused about what they were doing it was kind of hard for me to tell but it seems like they only had one person taking orders for the entire party we didn’t have the back section of the facility and it seems like only one person was taking orders That’s the first problem The second problem was when the food eventually came out that was confusion on which food goes to which table and most sit down restaurants the wait staff knows exactly which table ordered which food they didn’t know they were walking past shouting out did you order this that you order that it seems to be there was confusing with that The second thing is the wait time on the food now their menu they claim please allow 30 minutes because their food is made to order however there were certain items that were served cold if french fries are made to order they shouldn’t taste like they’ve been put in a microwave to warm they weren’t even close to being hot The spinach artichoke dip was amazing The wings were okay French fries ice cold no excuse for that You’re waiting 30 minutes for french fries drinks were okay could have been better but they were not bad going back to the point of service something I missed it had to be one person taking orders because once we got our food nobody really walked around and asked us if we needed anything else and we waited forever for the check at the end it had to be at least a 40 minute wait and we had to ask could we have our check I asked for to-go containers for my food and ask for a bag how can a restaurant not have bags for customers to take their food home in thank goodness for the district manager I’m not sure if his name but he was very polite and he found me a Walmart bag to put my food in what kind of establishment does not have bags in case customers want to take food home unfortunately I did not catch the district manager’s name but he had to play district manager and DJ and search for a bag because the DJ apparently did not show up but this must happen quite often because the district manager had music ready to go they included a tip on the check which I don’t have a problem with I had intentions on tipping the waiter anyway That’s not the problem The problem is they include gratuity and then when you tap your card it asks you for more gratuity like do you want to tip more which I think is insane this place has potential to be a really cool spot as I said before the atmosphere is nice but there’s some things they need to work on as a business but whomever the district manager was I didn’t catch his name he was doing three or four jobs last night and he was doing it well very polite with a smile All the staff was polite it just seems to be confusion on what their duties were and it seems to be they didn’t know where things were supposed to go oh what I didn’t mention there are a lot of things missing off the menu last night that they didn’t have which is not a biggie that happened sometimes at restaurants where they run out of particular items but all in all would I come back here I don’t know that’s up in the air like I said it’s not the worst place in the world but I don’t think it’s something I would tell you it’s a must try

Came here for the first time for a live music event. The music event was amazing. The singers and the band definitely did a great job. Now let’s get to it. We were seated, waited over 30 minutes for the waitress to come to our table. When she came took our order . After our food arrived we noticed that the Menu is VERY misleading to say the least. Had to send our drinks back as well. The the waitress never returned back to the table to check on us long after our meal. It was not crowded and I noticed several customers complaining about the same problem. I gave 1 star only because you have to leave a star to post. WOULD NEVER RETURN, NOR RECOMMEND. SO DISAPPOINTING considering this is a new business.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Revel Super Club with a business associate, and the experience exceeded our expectations. We initially stopped by for cocktails and appetizers, and the atmosphere was perfect for a casual business meeting. The space was intimate and mellow, with a live DJ setting the tone without overpowering the conversation. We truly appreciated that it wasn’t overly crowded, which allowed for a relaxed and enjoyable time.

Highly recommend: egg rolls and salmon Philly sandwich!

The staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. During our visit, they invited us back for their Sunday comedy night — and we’re glad we took them up on it. While it was a packed house, the vibe remained great and the crowd added to the fun. Though there was a longer wait time for food that night, the staff remained courteous and attentive, which made all the difference.

We’ve since returned and will definitely be back again. Revel Super Club offers a great balance of entertainment, ambiance, and hospitality — a gem for both casual and business outings.

Went for a Valentines event, when my party arrived with “VIP Couples tickets” we were notified that there were only bar seats available and that we had to ask the bartender if we could order food.

After sitting at the bar for 20-30mins the bartender finally came over to ask if we needed anything after the couple sitting beside us got her attention and requesting service. We were at that time notified that the kitchen was backed up and not taking anymore orders. By this time the event was just at the halfway mark.

I was very disappointed and my party and I ended up leaving after an hour. We made last minute dinner reservations while waiting. I was very disappointed with my experience at this venue and probably wouldn’t return. I was looking forward to some of their menu items which weren’t even featured on the menu for that particular event. Just an overall disappointing experience.

My friends and I went for the “House Music Brunch” this past Sunday. We paid $40 in advance on Opentable. The $40 was for the all you can eat buffet. Our reservation was for 1:30 and that is when we arrived.
1. When we arrived we were asked if we had a reservation and I said yes. The Hostess asked my name and told us to sit anywhere, seating was open. Now, I don’t really have an issue with that, but this can become problematic if you have prepaid for the experience with drinks.(We did not) which leads me to my second issue.
2. Once seated, no one came to our table to let us know how things were going to go. No one came to ask if we would like a beverage or if we had even purchased a drink package. No one came.
3. We saw people lining up near the food, so we decided we would do the same since no one gave us any other info. There were no plates, so we had to wait to get a plate.
4. The Food – Once we got a plate, there were two trays on the first table and one chafing pan. One tray had pound cake (dry) and the other was remnants of I don’t know what because there was just a few blueberries and a set of tongs.
The chafing pan had one short pan and water where there must have been another pan. There were a few cold sausage links in the half pan and one floating in the water. There was nothing to pick up the sausage with, so I used the set of tongs that were on the tray. The was two half pans of bacon (one pork/one turkey) that was almost empty. You had to scrape the pan for the eggs and shrimp and grits with no shrimp. There was a half pan of I think oatmeal, next to an empty space that must have held the seasoned potatoes that the sign said had been there.
Next there was chicken (tenders), catfish, and waffles. (Nothing to pick them up with but plastic tongs that had broken in two.)
Jerk chicken, yams, mac and cheese and corn bread.
Why am I being so descriptive about the food – because it was cold and they were not replenishing the food. There were again people standing in line waiting for mediocre cold food that had not been replenished in over an hour!
5. Service. When we returned to the table the first time, there was water on the table. My friend finished her food and a waitress came and got here plate and said she would be back the other two. She never asked us if we wanted anything to drink and didn’t come back until we now had five plates on the table.
After two hours, another waitress walked by noticed our empty water glasses had brought over a pitcher to replenish our water.
6. Music was decent

Needless to say, Revel, fool me once, shame on you……..
….That’s all. Shame on you, because you won’t get a chance to fool me twice.
$40 for some bullshit and before someone comes here talking about bashing restaurants in our community, DO BETTER!

I attended this place on 12/27/25(Saturday) with my friend. It’s a really nice place, sitting at the bar WASN’T CROWDED AT ALL, it took 30 minutes before the barmaid to SERVE us, after we order the drinks it another 20 minutes to bring us the drinks at the bar. The SERVICE was HORRIBLE and UNACCEPTABLE and surprised us with a 18% CHARGE SERVICE FEE that should’ve been FREE.18% the SERVICE should be EXCELLENT.

I attended a comedy show here last night and was very impressed by the courteous staff. Music was great, show was funny, all staff were friendly and smiling, food and drinks were good and average priced and the owner/manager came to our table to check on us. I could tell that they made the customer experience a priority. I’ll definitely be back.

Attended several events here within a 2 month span. The entertainment and space are ideal and on point. Rating on the following:

Food/Taste: C

Atmosphere: B

Service: B

Overall, the menu is very descriptive and straightforward. However, what is served to the guests is totally different. Had a chance to survey the buffet and experienced soggy buffalo cauliflower bites, par seasoned catfish bites, and dry fried chicken, just a few of the items on the buffet that needed better taste.

The only items on the buffet that had flavor and worth visiting the buffet more than once were the southern greens.

The operation needs to recalibrate the recipes with a focus on taste and quality.
