I had just clocked out from work, wasn’t feeling well, and was honestly exhausted. I thought I placed my order for curbside, but it turns out the online order didn’t go through that way. Katie truly touched my heart with her kindness she was so sweet and thoughtful, and she insisted on bringing my food out to me anyway.
What she didn’t know is that I wasn’t feeling my best and even had moisturizer all over my face, but she still treated me with so much respect and care. It’s the little things that count, and her customer service was outstanding.
Kudos to you, Katie! Thank you for making my long day a little easier. ❤️

This is not cool. I ordered medium pan pizza yesterday. This morning I had a slice from the leftovers and I found these two pizza box pieces. Thought it was mushrooms at first but it was too chewy. I am sure the store can find out who prepared the pizza as the tracker shows the staff’s name. Or it could be this store that doesn’t manage ingredients station properly.

Judith my delivery driver arrives with my food balled up when I open the box. I call the store immediately and they disrespectfully dismissed our complaint. Called back from another number they rushed me off the phone with terrible customer service saying someone was coming to get the pizza.

What a JOKE! I thought My previous two orders (an 8-piece boneless wings that basically had bbq sauce poured over it last minute and a cardboard tasting cinnamon twists with barely any icing) were busy mistakes but now with this third and final order of a burnt barely existing cheese pizza I now know it was deliberate sabotage. I have no idea what I did to deserve such horrendous service but trust and believe I will never be ordering from this location AGAIN! Such a disheartening experience because I love Domino’s it has good pizzas for decent prices. Still, I DO NOT suggest going to this location again. It’s horrible.

When my delivery order was placed the delivery time was 37-47 minutes. I placed my order at 7:23pm it arrived at 8:43 and not even baked fully. The food was cold and thrown together. By far the worst experience. Spent nearly $50 on cold half cooked food that I had to place in the oven.

Disappointing experience at this location . I ordered and paid online to avoid waiting, but still had to wait about 30minutes! When I got there myself and another gentleman stood there for about 5 minutes before being acknowledged. No one greeted us, even after 2 phone calls were answered and placed on hold. When we finally got assistance(because I ASKED FOR HELP), I was told the driver took my pizzas out the door. The staff’s attitude was unhelpful, with one blonde staff member claiming they’d bring the pizzas back without offering to remake my order. Unacceptable customer service from staff with no name tags.
