I’ve ordered a few time from them but I won’t be going back!
This is one of the worst places to order food. The workers are moody, rude, and give you attitude even if you simply say hi or ask a question.
No matter what you order, they barely put any meat in your sandwich—it’s as if you ordered a veggie sandwich!
If you have other options, avoid this place. I do not recommend it!

I have been a regular Subway customer and ordered many sandwiches so far (thanks to my kids regularly asking for subway) both in the USA, and even in our international trips! Never in my life I got such a poor quality sandwich (not even outside of the USA!). Ordered 2 tuna sandwich, and did a pickup. By the time I reached home and opened those, they had very little tuna (my spouse commented they wiped their spoon), very little vegetables and even the bread was wrong!! How is this even possible? I ordered through subway app. Surely they could at least give the correct bread?

The saddest sandwich I have ever had the displeasure of eating. Every ingredient is minimal for the exorbitant prices they’re charging. They even got the wrong kind of bread I ordered. Will never order from this location again.

Wanted to give 0 stars. Lady who works on Sunday evening, I had a legit coupon but she refuse to let me use. She was explaining that store doesn’t accept coupon.
I tried to ask her politely why your store doesn’t accept coupons , but she was very rude to answer.
Really disappointed with her, I raised the complaint to corporate let’s see how they respond.

The senior lady working here need a better attitude for sure, or need to let go. Don’t be mean to your customer, I felt like I am begging food from her own kitchen. The Indian gentleman is great.

I had requested extra sauces and SubKrunch, but they were either missing or barely included.
I also ordered two Footlong Cookies, but they were out of stock, and I was not informed in advance.
When I called the restaurant after noticing these issues, the staff did not respond politely and seemed dismissive.

The product used to be more fresh. new management is not so detail oriented to keep the food clean and organized carefully.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! This location deserve to be close, they do not honor what you order, remove half of the ingredients of what you order, the staff and owner is super rude when you ask them and basically ask you to not come again. Spend your money elsewhere!
