I never went to the place until recently, and I almost cried a little when I learned how much I missed out on. Its in a quiet part of Owosso very close to Corunna, giving it a quaint feel. The staff is chill, and even though I came in with my group late at night they still served us wonderfully. Theres not too much in the way of seating, but if you want a breakfast talk, a date, or just chitchat with a friend, I highly recommend here.

Be sure to know what you want before you order and be sure to be extra specific! While the service was alright, no questions were asked to ensure the order was made correctly. In turn both teas were made incorrectly due to a lack of communication about the different options in which they are made.

My wife and I are regulars at this Biggby location. We stopped and ordered, and then realized I forgot my wallet at home. The owner was there, already started making my sandwich, he said “don’t worry about it, catch me next time.” That was amazing service! Thank you! I went to Bigby for the first time in Michigan! Honestly one of the best experiences I could have asked for! The staff (I think she said her name was Katelyn M when I asked) was so delightful and made the experience with her great recommendations! The store looked great! So clean and organized with the cutest decorations!

I was not impressed with this Biggby. The workers acted like they didn’t want to be there and they messed up on my order. I let them know I ordered something else and the barista was rude and said I guess I can make you a new one. I will not be coming here again. I guess I will be going to another coffee shop that will respect their customers.

I always enjoy my local Biggby. I have been coming for many years and the staff here is amazing. I like when I’m sitting inside that I am able to get a free refill of my brew. The buy one get one coupons that they send out make it more affordable for me to be able to go more often or split 50 50 with a coworker.

Im a regular at this location, there are multiple team members (Eric & Andrea,) who have my order memorized and ring it up for me right when I walk into the door. When I pull in, the employees wave at me before I even enter the building. They always ask how I am, how my day is going, and what my plans are for the day! The atmosphere is amazing and the employees are absolutely the best part of my experience every time. I set aside their tip money every week as a bill for my budgeting, that’s how consistent and great they are. No Biggby will ever compare to this one!
