This is a genuine smoke house. The ribs were really good, along with the rib sauce. Unfortunately they were out of the smoked chicken on that day for the ribs/chicken combo and the loaded chicken/ Mac &cheese bowl was underwhelming with the Mac/cheese portion. The taste of the Mac’n cheese was really tasty but they gave a lot of coleslaw instead. Additionally, the accompanying sauce for the chicken was overly sweet. Good on ribs but definitely not for the chicken. Service was friendly and efficient and we didn’t need to wait long for the meal to arrive albeit we were the 2nd of only two couples seated although, many ppl arrived for takeout and they didn’t seem to wait too long either. Overall, great ribs and fries.

The food was very good – it’s meat, cheese and bread so it’s got to be good. The BBQ sauce was too sweet for my taste. On a bike trip to Niagara on the Lake we stopped here for lunch. It’s not necessarily exceptional but I would go again if I was in the area. We got the pulled pork Mac n cheese and the brisket sandwich with cornbread. The portions sizes are great, It was a lot of food for two people. I preferred the sandwich over the Mac n cheese. Overall a fun experience!

This BBQ restaurant is so yummy and so affordable! The portions are HUGE for the price — we honestly couldn’t finish all the food. Everything was flavorful and satisfying. I highly recommend ordering one combo for two people, because it’s more than enough. Great value, great taste, and definitely worth coming back. Highly recommended!

My bf and I were looking for a place to eat as we spent the day at African Lion Safari when we stumbled on Uncle Sam’ Bbq Smoke house. I had the single smash burger and it was the BEST burger I have had at a restaurant. As a side I ordered the Mac and cheese and it was so delicious. My bf ordered a half a rack of ribs and sides, a Cesar salad (we shared) and coleslaw and baked beans. He could not believe the portion size the sides were. He loved everything as well, the sauce on the ribs was so good. And the corn bread was the best we have ever had. We were completely amazed at the portions sizes and how yummy all the food was. We are from London and definitely would do the drive to Uncle Sam’s. That being said maybe one should open up in London!

This is a great place with American style Barbecue servings. I’ve been three times now, and they are fast, friendly, consistent and reasonably priced.
I only took pictures of the past two times, and only on my lunch break from work. The burgers are really nice, juicy and flavourful. The wings are amazing too, big and smoky and on special on Tuesday afternoons for $14.99/pound with a side. The fries are incredible when made fresh as well. Expect to spend about $20-25 per person and in my opinion its worth it. Interior area is sort of like a truck stop but given the surroundings its kind of fitting. The service is excellent, and I highly recommend the smoky habenero sauce on the table, good flavour/spice matrix.

We had the loaded pork poutine and the Philly cheesesteak and it was the best cheesesteak I have had this side of the US boarder. The poutine was loaded with tender pulled pork and the sauce was awesome. The gravy was vegan so it was a little less tasty than I hoped. But otherwise huge portions for the price and awesome food. Can’t wait to try the wings and ribs

Good food! We SPLIT a pulled pork sandwich and got an extra side of Mac and cheese, along with coleslaw. The pulled pork was amazing, and they give you different BBQ and hot sauce at the table. We could barely finish the meal it was so filling. They don’t skimp out on the meat. The staff are friendly and appear to know a lot of the customers.
I recommend looking at the menu ahead of time as you line up at the counter to order when you walk in, and if you need extra time to think like me you may have to step off to the side.

Enjoyed the brisket sandwich. Delicious, moist and flavorful. Not usually a fan of bread or buns but this bun was light and super crisp when toasted. Definitely recommend. Wanted to try the Philly cheese steak but was told it was sold out already for the day and we were there at noon. It’s in the industrial area of Stoney Creek and I’m sure they have a large lunch crowd from all of the nearby businesses. Fantastic lunch with my “mom friends”.
