Food was fresh. Order was wrong not once, but twice. I ordered buffalo chicken, got the chicken. No buffalo. I called the store, they said they would remake it. I thought awesome and confirmed the pizza for them. They delivered the pizza. With chicken and no buffalo. AGAIN! Just done and wanted to finally eat.

This is not my normal location, and honestly I will jot go back. The food was not that good. The pizza was way under cooked and the wings were soggy. The pick up time the online service said was not correct. They were 30-35 minutes behind. You can definitely tell the food was rushed out the door.

I walked into the Domino’s pizzeria and noticed a guy working there who was wearing a hat, but his hair was messy and not properly secured. When I kindly asked him to tie his hair back to avoid it falling into the food, he replied, ‘My hair doesn’t touch my shoulders.’ I was horrified and ended up leaving without ordering. It was extremely unhygienic and disappointing.

Juston and I think Saj was the managers name , they suck I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and was charged for the extra cheese but was never out in . I contacted them to let them now and they just called me a liar so I waited until the next day to speak with a manager who told me I should have gotten it corrected the same day … I tried but that didn’t happen so he tells me he doesn’t see a credit and will not do anything about it . I simply wanted my money back for the overcharge but they refused . So I will contact my cc company and reverse the charges . Avoid this place they are rude and will cut corners to save a buck at your expense . The pics clearly show no extra cheese . The kid told me the pineapple and ham are covering the extra cheese .

Have enjoyed Dominoes over the years. Not great. Not bad. This pizza is awful. We ordered three topping using onlone coupon. Three toppings as seen on the receipt pepperoni, black olives and onion. There are ZERO slices of pepperoni on the pizza. At pickup the pizza was barely warm. Nov 9 2022

I’m still waiting for my hot wings which was ordered over two hours ago. I called the This local Domino establishment. The associate who represented Domino’s and the way they do business discussed the situation with me over the phone.

My girlfriend went to go pick up the food ordered on Domino’s app. They were a couple computer glitches and from me ordering hot wings, a house salad with Caesars dressing, and a hand tossed pizza. Instead I received two salads with two ranches dressings and a pan made pizza. I called back and the associate instructed me that the wings weren’t ordered. I asked why you didn’t offer to make them for her?

Since my girlfriend asked how long would it take. The associate responded stating it would take 10 min and my girlfriend was disappointed and said nevermind.

My girlfriend returned and informed me of the issue. I called to sell a resolution to this matter, since of a glich ordered from my phone. The associate didn’t offer my girlfriend to just swap out the salad for the wings and deliver it because it was ordered from Amazon, but since the app has a glich it started I ordered two salads with two dressings even though I verified my order before hitting proceeding with purchase and completing my order.

In addition I wasn’t successful on using my Domino’s Giftcard for the purchase and was charged to my credit card on file. Very displeased with Domino’s and their operations.

I called back and spoke with the manager and found out that I’m out of the delivery range even though Iorderly a few min away not more than a straight drive down the street. I reassured me as another representative for Domino’s that he won’t deliver but I could come pick up the wings even after escalating this matter to corporate. 3 and a half hours after placing the order, which ruined the whole Super Bowl LIII for me and my girlfriend, besides having the Rams lose by a missed kick. It just shows it wasn’t a kickers game for both sides… Lol

I just verified that this store does deliver in my area but my address isn’t in their system but the Mexican food on the corner they deliver to…

This location still offers the bread bowls for pasta! As this is my favorite item on the menu, that I could not find for quite some time, I love this location!
The quality is consistent and very good. I order from here at least once a month, and I have never had an issue with an order. Staff are nice and friendly.

As a food worker myself I need to say; I don’t care how busy you presume to be, if some one is trying to make a quick call to make sure peppers and Parmesan cheese is added STOP IMMEDIATELY PUTTING THEM ON HOLD— left alone for 10 whole minutes just to simply asks if they can throw peppers and cheese into the order it’s not complicated and if you took a second to think about that when picking up the phone you won’t have back to back calls of someone trying to get HELP from an EMPLOYEE. If you can’t handle the fast paced lifestyle of working in a pizza kitchen then get a different job that you can handle. I expect more from a now SEVERELY overpriced crappy franchise, this will be the LAST time I order from this dominoes specifically. It’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable, do better.

Buckle up, this is a long journey for za.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I use the online ordering method for delivery and the tracker had told me that my pizza was out of the oven for almost an hour. Being annoyed about the time delay and concerned about receiving a pizza, that according to their online tracker, had been ready and sitting at the restaurant for an hour I asked my husband to call the store to check the status. The conversation quickly turned from meh to downright horrible when my husbands complaint was passed to the wannabe general manager Jameeo. After explaining the issue, Jameeo decided to outright tell us that he would in fact NOT remake our now hour old and probably cold pizzas. He then proceeded to hang up on my husband after telling him that the day has been rough on him and his employees.

My husband called back and asked for the name of the manager so he could complain formally and that information was denied to him. the conversation escalated into an all out yelling match between the two before I took the phone and handle the situation.

When our food was delivered, it was not fresh or hot. In fact, its burnt and cold. Pictures attached. I’m over this business. the District Manager should train their GMs better.
