We popped in for a short visit while passing through town and this the ONE place we all agreed we missed the most and wanted to dine in. (We moved away from the area 10+ years ago.)
Friendly service, the same old nostalgic decor, and the one thing I absolutely had to have… the chili slaw burger.
Somethings never change, and in this case, that’s a good thing. Best burger ever, it did not disappoint and we will continue to return whenever we are in the area.

Gino’s used to be the best!! I don’t know what happened!!! I bought a fish sandwich that was supposed to be the bigger one. The filets were tiny. I paid $11 for nothing. The lady I spoke with thought it was funny. They didn’t give any napkins or condiments. You have lost a customer.

Gino’s is the one restaurant I have to go to whenever I’m visiting my hometown. They have provided consistent food since before I can remember. The catfish sandwich is amazing. It comes with one piece of fish, but if you ask for a large, you’ll get two. It’s not on the menu though. The coleslaw on it is the best and I always add cheese for additional flavor. Gino’s is also known for its burgers, which are great with chili and coleslaw added. The drive-through can be slow if there are several cars. However, that’s fine because I always get hot, fresh food. On my last visit, I asked if they had lemonade. The lady said yes and I ordered it. When she passed me the drink, I asked why it was pinkish. She told me it was pink lemonade. That would have been nice to know before I ordered it. There was also something floating in it, so that’s the reason for the 4 star review. Next time, I’ll just drink something at home lol.

This is definitely NOT the worlds best Hamburger!!! It has zero taste.I’m happy I asked for pickles and onions because otherwise I could have just eaten cardboard. I did see others ordering the fish sandwich and they bragged on them. The establishment was clean and friendly but that burger was tasteless. I will give them another chance. So I went through the drive through at 7:55 and while people were walking inside and being served was told that they did not have any hamburgers. When I changed my order to taco’s I was told they were out of meat for the taco’s . They close at 8pm so I understand it was close to closing time and as I eat there, or used to eat there , 4-5 times a week. The woman then said without prompting her name was Porcha and if I had any issues to please drive up to the window. When I did the manager just waved and said we closed. Not a place I’d recommend. Very disappointed they way the service has dropped off and no one cares

Was in town traveling through and wanted something different. Gino’s was ok. Burger was ok, fries were good. Service not so good. When I ask for ketchup they gave me a (1) packet, I ask for more so she gave me another packet. Not friendly at all.

The chili slaw burger is awesome! The decor is fun and retro – but the restaurant was very quiet. It would have been good to have some ambiance music playing.
